    Heres what I would do, and yes you will break your bank, but you will not sacrifice much..Here is your differences, you will lose .01 end recorvery (which is nothing you will notice.) Now I myself am a TF wh$%#$ But you can swap out some of those IO's for 4 lotgs and add 30% rech..., that or dump stealth for hasten...heres what u will have in Def...45.2 AOe 45 Ranged 43.9 Melee...60% recharge...plus the 70% from Hasten which you will notice A LOT compared to what you had before...check it out, i know its a lot, but merits are you friend and learn to do TF's on your toons as much as possible, i recccomend it even to swap out some standard Mish leveling. OR 43.7 Melee 44.7 Ranged 44.9 Aoe...that is dumping the Kismet Proc in CJ...I personally feel that the massive amounts of Recharge you will be adding to this build will MORE than compensate for the 1-2% def ur gonna be losing at best...lets face it, more rehcarge means more killy, oh also, adding an atlas medallion will covre the end reco loss...

    Also, keep in mind some of us have been playing this game for 4 years and we know how to do stuff to get paid the best but really, farming if you want money..The def you have shouldnt have a problem killing big mobs at least minions and Lieus, bosses you might start getting in trouble, but yea..just my way of looking at it changin stuff in 5 min. or so..gonna cost you though

    Ok, so I was going over the choice to take focused Chi...First time building a SR, came across a few things, first is my qualm with To hit and Accuracy...If you look on the combat attributes it states the same exact equation for how to calculate these as I sit now I have 27% global Acc bonus..12% damage buff...that is versus the 100% Dam buff from FC (obviously that is not comparable) but FC only gives a 20% To Hit.and thats only 10 seconds...so what gives? Whats better, The only difference I see in the equations is one I blieve it is Acc says the chance to hit a target, where as the To Hit says the chance to hit an opponent, whats the difference?

    Hopefully someone can make sense out of this, oh and btw, wth is a clamp? and do I distribute the clamp across the equation? Thanks.

    I don't have a percentage for you, but I can tell you that as I have both toons..The only time my regen ever gets terrorized is from the Famine rider in LGTF and Hami mito's or Hami himself whichever one it is..Never been other than that with my regen. And they both happen to fall on the same TF lol

    See, I don't look at putting purps in a build as in how powerful can he be...the only reason purps are good in my eyes is the recharge, which requires a few, and the kept set bonus exempting down. There has been times when I was making builds that purps would actually lessen effects...just keep an eye out..dont need to get purps for the wrong reasons.

I think people are being too reliant on Phys Perf...with all the toggles you are gonna run on Dark, you are still gonna have end issues...I mean, not exactly sure but its only 2 numis worth of good ur getting out of the power...that doesnt translate into "oh I will no longer have end issues" right now I get 4.83 end/sec on my regen and thats with Phys perfection...and I have 2 miracles in there for the recovery bonus...*yea I know what I wanted* and thats with the other stam and QR, and when im taking a group down by myself or non stop clicking attack chains even I lose end at some points after long fights. thats
  12. lol man, I wish I could open mids here at work...but I have said it on numerous occasions

    80 h/p sec at all times 2409 hp at all times...2 min. or less dont got exacts downtime for IH...that with Mog and if you have EoM then your not gonna die period, if you do your not playing your toon right, and just in case you want to you got a 700 heal in Recon...Ask anyone who has gamed with me...16 52 demons no prob throw a boss in there and I may have to hit Mog just for the alpha...but even still...its not that great...If you have no resist or Def in your build your gonna perish fast and typically every alpha will kill you...Caltrops? Why? the fear? smh, then they scatter or want to run AWAY from your 8 ft. quills radius, this = slower kills...I didnt go for dam bonuses and all that stuff as much as maybe some others do, but I guarentee you put your regen against mine i'll outlive yours...because mine is intensively set for Regen, Recover and Recharge...(see numbers above) 5 Numi sets...just to start off with the 12%x5, regardless...I feel like it is a waste of time to specifically build for one thing...My toon mows groups down and I didnt even focus on building his damage...lets face it too, why 6 slot somthing like lunge when your whole point is to kill the group, only thing ur gonna do with lunge is hit the boss...

  19. By all means if you want to squeeze those 6th set bonuses for the def mostly then go for it. I just couldn't fit it myself and with all the Rec and Reg bonuses coming early in the sets I could get more of those in there...its all about how you slot though man honestly. When I weighed the options to place my slots I just couldnt justify 6 slotting to many things for the def bonuses aside from that...but my Regen is 12% def down the board...Res is 20% around there...but I went with Regen and Recov and Rech so my heals are up for often..my Regen stays up there, and my Recovery makes me never have down time...see the way I see it is why justify all those slots when Ic an recharge fast enough to have MoG up when I need it...no crash means no stopping and etc etc...I am not sure when you are on bud, but if you hit me up on my global I can get you a build...I just am pretty partial to my build and no offense Scrappers! but yea lol, you get what Im saying...Drop me a line, I am on usually after 4 EST...

    On a sidenote, I look at it like why try to scrape the barrel for something you were not cut out for...the name of the game is Regen...so work with what you got and enhance whats the most enhanceable...if that makes sense lol plus with Physical Perfection, im at 4.85/sec rec 80 hp/regen (standing still with Perma Dull pain) and decent enough recharge to make my Dull pain perma...also that hits for 1100 HP when you need that gain..caps your hp at 2409 when you do hit it...only thing thats gonna make ya faceplant is the lag (usually)

You know my regen is great, but there is times I get in over my head and I would love revive because I know I can pick back up and survive for long enough to prolly finish em off poppin Mog or something like that but..I dont die enough to justify the power nor could I fit it into my build personally...The whole point of a regen, to me at least is to live...so i focus all I can on that and revive is for dying lol...I actually dropped resilence (picked it at 49) for physical perfection for the added bonus...it gets gimped in pvp anyway so its pretty much useless unless you again plan on dying and dont want to be stunned after a wakie...but regardless..the only time I ever have issues is when im jumping a +2-4 mob x6-8 so you can kinda get an idea of how much survivability regens have..I personally built my regen FOR regen, recharge, and recovery...Some dam bonuses as well, because sitting at the 11% defense I do have really isnt my concern to much if I can heal faster than I can be damaged...Get at me in game if you want an idea, can show you on test etc etc names in the sig

    Well, first you are going to need a more than manageable pve build. You won't be pvping the whole time ...Also with all the new Pvp enhancements there is a lot you can do...Personally my spines regen is fantastic for Pve, I consider him top contender for almost anything..just recently recall fightin the pain dom thugs in RV..match lasted for over 15 min. so you be the judge...both times we faced there was excuses (1st match I won) (2nd match I was attacked by another Vill mid match) but...I just want to emphasize that I have no purps, no pvp bonuses and do just fine on my regen..

    Have a Spine/WP 50....never once even considered the self rez...even with its added glory AFTER you faceplant...I can bump SoW and grab capped res with like 5.7 rec/sec but really, it cant really touch my 50 regen in that aspect because of the unhanceable for rech to SoW...therefore I would not consider a self rez pre I16...post I16 we can run 54 farms and well...you might find yourself in a jam if you run into that group taking the alpha...even Rttc's only hit 120-150 hp? around there...


    even as the scrapper you are much more quick on the draw and can keep attention on you, I liked the comment about the footwork because without it my performance would be very affected. One good way I pay attention to cones (throw spines for me, but any cone) is make sure you check the radius and when you take a jump back to pop it off just make sure you are exceeding that distance so you get the full effect..

  23. In all reality, just roll your toon on test and test out the two different options. You will see that once you slot up your IH that your gonna want that 180 hp/sec and min. 30 down time believe me, without that I would not love the regen as much, and dull pain? really? with perma dull pain im ALWAYS at 2409.52 HP...and 80 hp sec regen...I say again ALWAYS...beats the base of like 1700 or whatever the scrapper is without it...trust me, you want IH...Mog, well thats more situational even though I use it like my life depends on it fighting 16 baddies lol. good luck with your regen, welcome to the forums.
