Some numbers question (Building Ma/SR)
To hit and accuracy are very different, and 20% to hit is a pretty big buff.

I knew they were different, but was unsure as to why they would be calculated the same if they were different. This page explains it, and I have made my final decision. Thanks.

I am pretty sure Umbral you can help, but I was proposing this on my home Channel it fell in silence lmao..You know numbers, hopefully we can set the record straight.
Ok, so I was going over the choice to take focused Chi...First time building a SR, came across a few things, first is my qualm with To hit and Accuracy...If you look on the combat attributes it states the same exact equation for how to calculate these as I sit now I have 27% global Acc bonus..12% damage buff...that is versus the 100% Dam buff from FC (obviously that is not comparable) but FC only gives a 20% To Hit.and thats only 10 seconds...so what gives? Whats better, The only difference I see in the equations is one I blieve it is Acc says the chance to hit a target, where as the To Hit says the chance to hit an opponent, whats the difference?
Hopefully someone can make sense out of this, oh and btw, wth is a clamp? and do I distribute the clamp across the equation? Thanks.
