Where can I add Purps?
Add purples for what? If you are soft capped what exactly are you looking to achieve by adding purples?
If you are wanting to add them for more recharge there are far cheaper ways to add recharge without sacrificing defense. Looking at your build I can see a lot of ways to keep your melee and ranged defense capped and increase your recharge but you would need to reslot with different IO sets than you currently have.

All I see is one set. You can put a target aoe set in fireball. Its pretty much an upgraded posi blast as far as set bonuses. I can't think of the name.

This is as close to I could get you without making drastic changes. You're off by .6% in AoE and that bothers me lol

Dark/Shield Build Thread
As others have said, you can stick Ragnarok in Fireball. I tweaked the build some and got Hecatomb into Chain Induction and Apocolypse into Fireblast. I took slots from Char as Fireblast is an excelent ST attack and helps with ST DPS, and Char isn't nearly as useful imho. YMMV on this point of course and you could stick the Apocalypse in Char instead.
Melee and AoE Def are capped, and Ranged sits at 44.9%.
With this you have +30% more Accuracy, +23.7% universal recharge, 5% better recovery, and 0.2 less end/sec, though it does have 19 less HP, 2% less regen, and 0.3% less S/L resists. All in all not a bad trade off.

See, I don't look at putting purps in a build as in how powerful can he be...the only reason purps are good in my eyes is the recharge, which requires a few, and the kept set bonus exempting down. There has been times when I was making builds that purps would actually lessen effects...just keep an eye out..dont need to get purps for the wrong reasons.

The LotG +Recharge adds global recharge (i.e. to every power), not just to Combat Jumping.

And that is the Luck of the Gambler +7.5% recharge bonus for all of his powers and it just can go into Combat Jumping.
