I would like to make all my tanker powers transparent please.

I think they should put lift's damage scale on par with levitate much like they did so with the dominator version of lift.

This is for mostly arena based game types with Max IOs and Max skilled player.

10 sec, 15 sec. Damage is not effected by DR. people can still easily reach HP cap for their AT. High +recharge over 100% for example, has noticeable DR disadvantages. Any attack that follow right after dominate and levitate and will no longer mezz or KU therefor choose the best attack chain for your situation; ie, if target is low on health choose burst damage chain and dps chain for tanks etc. make sure you put out dominate and levitate every 10-15 sec. TK's hold will go off then on and continue on that way till u are detoggled. It is most useful against rads and melee ATs that have no mezz attacks nor repel protection.

Inv is a great general purpose tank with strengths in the S/L damage type and weakness to heavy psi damage. On teams, put your tank in the middle of the enemy mob and have Invincibility on. Then concentrate your damage on the Bosses. If there are no bosses, kill the lts. This tank is great for normal missions and Tanking most AVs (and even PvP), This tank is no so great for farming bosses in AE nor is it great on low damage teams. Its does not solo so well under level 40.

this is not the case in real numbers as the Tohit and def boost is immediate

placate can give you better burst damage which is good for AVs, EBs, Bosses, and other Players.

WP/EM is a great build especially on 6 man teams. It will be much better than ur friends single target damage but it'll lack AoE damage.

thats plenty of HP if ur going to get or should get accolades. You need to worry about +dmg.

Possibly because the three powers in Dominator Primaries which are intended for damage dealing are not intended for dealing the majority of a Dominator's damage. Plus that they are shared with Controllers. (Where they do deal the majority of his damage pre-pets)

I don't think Lift was changed because Dominators needed more damage, I think Lift was changed because there was an obvious inconsistency between Lift and Levitate. But we have yet to see if this change will carry over to Controller, or even if it will remain as is.

This is also true. They all got a damage boost because all Dominator attacks got a damage boost. Well, outside of Domination. (And even then the damage went up a little bit)

The above is not entirely true. On test Controller Lift is not doing the Levitate's damage.

well max, i know you know that generic IO cost a bit, But did you know that unpopular craptastic IOs will cost only 2-6 times more that an SO? buy up all the IOs that only cost under 10k lol.

Yes Max is that POOR!! lol i think all his costumes should be rags and newspapers. His base should be a cardboard box though i go to his base sometimes to TP and its bare minimum not one decoration lol.
