I'll apologize to. One time divine asked me if I was supermax on the forums and i replied hell no! that guy's PvP knowledge does not go past lvl 30.
I'm in the same boat youre in. Pre i13 I visited RV regularly. I tried RV in i13 and was disgusted. PFF, flying death fish, hibernoob and broken elusivity made me totally ignore that zone. The PvP change felt much more prominent in RV and much less so in SC so I enjoyed SC more.
SC was still pretty busy after i13 but as time went by the zone kept getting less and less people showing up. Now for most of the day the place is a ghost town, so I've started visiting RV again. I have to say things have improved since i13 and I'm actually having fun there now.
I agree with you super, my em/wp stalker is easier to play in RV then sirens. Granted I get more kills in SC due to the the noob factor, less resist on squishies and no hibernoob, but I can take much more abuse in RV due to my own t9 and patron. Only real threat in RV is those damn heavies. They account for at least 80% of my deaths.
As far as teaming in SC, all you really have to do is start inviting yourself and call out targets. Usually its both sides that are working solo so when the other sides gets some type of teamwork its all too easy. Yesterday I was on my bs/regen in sirens, made a team of 8 (80% of the heroes were not on a team), called out targets and totally cleared out the zone of villains. Was a blood bath. Funny thing is I felt bad so I swapped onto my new stalker to help out and about 10 minutes later the villains had taken back the zone. I don't know if the hero team fell apart or nobody took the position of leader but within minutes they totally lost control and were pushed back to the base. Got sick of the base camping so I rolled over to RV. One guess to what was going on in RV when I showed up...

But then I14 came, elusivity and some other stuff was fixed, but I didn't bother trying the zone again. Just assumed it would still suck.
Well, last night I spent like 5 hours there, and it was pretty awesome. Way more active than sirens, better teamwork, and just overall more fun. So yeah, you'll be seeing me there a lot more 
Btw, recently Divine said that RV is much harder to play a stalker than in sirens. I gotta disagree. Simple reason is....only vil AT in sirens is stalkers. In RV, you see every AT, and quite a few doms. There's really nothing easier than AS'ing someone that's mezzed by a dom, which is a constant occurence in RV. Meanwhile in sirens, as a stalker, you're pretty much completely on your own. Most people don't even have a slight idea about teamwork. So yeah, thanks to my re-acquired respect for RV, I even started to like my EM/regen again

Its harder to get a AS off in RV...wait till neeto goes in there with his bubbler and you get a couple storms in there. Your going to hate being /regen. Its easier to survive in sirens on a regen because you get everthing a regen has except MOG. As i said before WP > Regen in the higher lvls. Your also going to notice that all the downy scrappers in RV are going to spam webnade, calatops, and Headspliter. And psi blasters are going to be hitting you hard as hell. TBH I hate regen at the higher lvls. I mean to each his own. But yea getting a AS off in RV is harder then Sirens. I'm sure most stalkers will agree with me. O yea...GL with those earth trollers too.
To be fair there wasn't much of a showing heroside in RV for most of the night (I was on from about 2-5 AM Central). There was a point where there were maybe 15 people in the zone and that was probably the high point for the heroes (I think there were maybe four villains in the zone and we were locked up inside the base until we managed to coordinate and actually get some kills). After that it was just an hour or two of chasing around El Chido Run until the heroes brought in some FFs and Stormies.

Another reason sirens is easier imo, besides no epic shields, is you can 2.5 shot most ppl. Those epic powers are serious heroside, blasters with hybernoob and hoarfrost, and a epic shield, blasters that can incase themselves in a bubble that stacks with their epic shields and use aidself that is a good as recon on a stalker.
Also a higher percentage of heroes are So'd in sirens, also it's more newer folk in sirens.

There's two Chido's. One that has his underwear elastic attached to a drone and only comes out in T9, and *snaps back* when it wears off or he might die. This Chido is quiet. He *lolz* alot, but otherwise S's the fu.
Once there's more hero's in the zone and especially when they outnumber and can camp vill base, Chido really comes into his own. He can sit in a huddle and type, incomprehensibly. One Heat Exhaust and he is on his way running clear across zone to his drone's though, popping insp the whole way and too busy to type, lmao.

LOL, that guy has to be the worst blaster on the server. He was talking mad trash to me yesterday, after being owned over and over.
It finally made sense to me why he complains so much on the forums. I'd complain too if I died every 30 seconds, without even a slight chance of killing an AFK person.
