psy/energy blaster build for RV pvp.. anyone know?

I want to own in RV (pvp zone) but don't know a good build for my psy/energy blaster. does anyone have one i can use please...

make sure to get boost range .. slot 2 pvp ios in all powers for the range bonus .. proc all attacks .. go for dmg bonuses with devastation sets. Take ss and sj .. assault and tactics .. jump on a target literally and attack on the way down .. using ure most rooting attack last.

Quantum... you should at least give it a go at building one yourself and posting it up here so you can get feedback on vs just staight up asking for handouts...

just thought psy/energy migh [censored] in pvp... since psy is not resisted so much... i have an archer/dev atm on RV, but kinda getting tired of him not having buffs on the side

well you could post it up with the empty slots with it and just say at the topof the build what goes in the empty slots

ok ill PM you the build tonight... one thing to consider when reading the build is that the OP wants to use it for RV.
