there are some exceptions to the exemp/mal such as purples and certain procs (i know the devastation chance to hold proc works regardless how many lvls i exemp)

yeah, from what ive also heard is that it only has a chance of triggering at night and so forth, but lately ive been seeing a lot of zombie and banner events on victory lately (almost 1 every day in the last 4-5 days)

i havent had any bad market lag on victory server, the only lag i get with the market at all is when im opening the market interface up.

yeah, hopefully a lot of the little issues the editor has will be fixed in coming issues. the only thing i know of is they are planning to upgrade the AE interface again in architect 2.0, but this wont happen till after GR most likely.

the only one which is not involved in game with anything is pohsyb, but all the other devs mentioned in the game already are used for something, if BABs was given a tf, then he should be replaced in galaxy by a different trainer, same thing for castle and war witch. -
the earth immob does not do -kb, on my earth dom when i set an earthquake and use the mass immob, i still see the mob getting knocked down.
the fire, ice, and plant mass immobs have kb protection
earth and grav does not have kb protection
the earth control powers almost all of them do -defense too
i like mass immobs because they keep the mobs from scattering or running off and because they have very fast recharges. -
taunt is a completely optional power, but its highly valued in teams because it helps you keep the aggro off of the squishies so your team doesnt get wiped.
its not a necessary power for brutes or tanks, but if your gonna be teaming a lot and being the lead brute/tank, its usually a good idea to get it. -
on a side note turning in the hallween salvage also gives a 50% chance of zombie invasion or 50% chance of banners

perma dom isnt exactly necessary, but perma dom gives you mez protection and basically infinite endurance since it recharges so fast

also, what time does that translate to for east coast? -
this is ok, but what i would like is more control over the respec, like i have a toon i only want to move 1 enhance slot around but its a serious pain to go through a full respec fo 1 enhance slot move, and then having to completely rearrange the power bar after the respec
IMO, respecs in general need a QoL upgrade -

After the Hollows, then what? It depends what level I'm on. Faultline sometimes works, but sometimes I've levelled to far. What then? Well, I cant use my Atlas park contact. And I have no idea what others there are. Which zone does what again?
Villain side, I know exactly where I am level range wise, and the contacts literally jump at me with stuff to do. -

also, mentioned in some other threads, they have been working on some secret project that only focuses on end-game content, details of this have not been mentioned by anyone yet, but the devs are doing their best to work on more content. -

The City of Data page tends to be confusing about how it describes powers, but if you look closely, it has a link to "summons static object" for these powers which describes the psuedo-pet effects...and both of them (under the damage-inflicting part of the "static object" listing) say: Max targets hit: 16.
I'm pretty confident these powers do both have a target cap of 16.
ive also used the ran of arrows on much large mobs than 16 enemies.
even more evidence for this is when you look in the powers detailed info it just says "targeted AoE" and doesnt list a max number of enemies in () -
when in rest your only affecting self for 1, so toggles that are pbaoe like dmg auras, ect, wont affect the enemy.
the dmg badge are also unique as they will only get credit to them if you go below the ATs base hp
for example, a mastermind base hp is 803, if they have ANY bonuses (accolades, set bonuses, buffs) the badge will not count any dmg taken until you dropped below that 803 (on my main toon, a mastermind, i have 1123 hp, so i have to take about 320 dmg in order to even start receiving credit on the badge)
this makes the dmg badges ridiculously annoying to get -
im on villains almost all the time, when GR comes out im gonna move all my toons to have villain affiliation. villains does lack the content and zone count heroside does. the zones in redside are better because they arent all super massive like heroes and hero contacts and tfs are such a drag because of the travel.
the only thing i would like to possibly see is villains getting more zones and access to the shadow shard. even just more contacts would be fine -
his bio definitly gave some more information as to how he came to power. all we knew before this was that he ruled his realm with an iron fist, but based on this new info, it seems he was doing it for the good of mankind unless he has some secret agenda...

honestly, i absolutely hate the void hunters/nictus that spwn because of HEATs, in fact i hate playing HEATs spcifically because of this, VEATs dont have to deal with a specific enemy mob that does an overly huge amount of dmg specifically to them.
IMO, i say get rid of all the void/nictus/cyst/quantums crud so HEATs are more fun to play. -

she gives no 20-29 arcs because darren wade's arc is that lvl range (your automatically introduced to darren wade at lvl 20 and he gives you mishs until lvl 29/30)
