Rule of 5?
im a almost positive that is correct. The set is on your character, whether it be on a form power or not, so it makes sense that it counts towards the rule of 5s.

Mids is correct. The Set Bonuses carry over into all forms, and therefore the Rule of Five applies in all forms (and not just to the form that is active). For example, while in Nova form you get all the benefit of Sets slotted in Nova powers, human powers and Dwarf powers. Since you get the benefit, of course the limitations also apply.

Purples are an exception and I've heard PvP IOs are too, but Procs aren't set bonuses and they function differently.
Wow I didn't realize set bonuses carry over...cool! That makes my slotting a whole lot easier. Thank you for the replies.
Do sets in one of the forms (Dwarf/Nova) count towards the rule of 5? Since the bonuses carry over I would assume the rule would only apply to the sets you have slotted into the form that is active. Mids counts all the sets slotted towards the rule of 5, is this correct?
