For example if a Rogue completes all the TF's for the Task Force Commander Accolade how is that handled? Does he get the Task Force Betrayer badge and no accolade as if he had earned the TFC and switched sides? Does it translate into the Invader accolade (which is the same bonus on villain side)? Or does he get no badge/accolade at all?

Dark! The debuffs are awesome and it gives you a very good self heal. Fearsome Stare/Tar Patch/Fire Ball/Fire Breath is your friend.

I wouldn't have to spam Radiant Aura as the proc effect lasts for 2 mins. Pop it at the beginning of a fight and apply as needed throughout. However I get your point that the bonus of Doctored Wounds is more about it's benefit to your teammates. Being the evil and twisted Corruptor that I am I hadn't considered them
Yes a Numi proc is better than the Miracle Heal and I will definitely look at replacing that as soon as I earn enough inf/merits. Good point. Thank you. -
I appreciate your input and considered your suggestions carefully. After reading over your critique it became clear to me that I needed to explain why I made certain choices.
*Regenerative Tissue gives +25% regeneration so I'm not sure the +18% heal is more or less over time. And yes I know it only activates when you use the power but since it's always available it's essentially perma. Someone with better math skills than I might figure that out.
*Shriek does slightly more damage than Shockwave and less than Howl. Both Shockwave and Howl (which does more damage than Shriek vs a single target) are cones that have a 70ft+ range when enhanced. When you consider Shockwave hits more targets than Shriek it actually does more damage in total (assuming you have more than 1 target). Shockwave also gives damage mitigation in the form of KB. Open w/Shockwave, follow up with Howl and finish off hard targets with Scream and/or Shout.
*AM recharges faster with 3 Recharge IO's than with Efficiency Adapter. With the build as is Toxic Audio has a recharge of 185% (this includes perma-Hasten) and a Recovery rate of 207%. It allows him to have all his toggles active, fire off Radiant Aura at will and leaves enough endurance to launch attacks as needed. I think that bests the small increase that EA adds to health/regen/recovery. That said if I had 3 slots to spare I wouldn't be against slotting the set.
*Dark Watcher's Despair gives a 5% recharge bonus that is essential to the whole perma-AM/Hasten thing. I could probably swap it out for Achiles Heel if I slotted either Basilisk's Gaze or Unbreakable Constraint in Ghost Widow's Embrace.
*Agreed on Siren's Song. However Call of the Sandman is waaaaay cheap by comparison and Fortunata Hypnosis will only add an additional 3.75% global recharge. It is on my to do list though.
*Again Tempered Readiness gives a global recharge buff that is needed for the whole perma AM/Hasten thing. If I were to slot more recharge in another power I could free up these slots (like Fortunata Hypnosis). That would probably require an investment in an expensive set which, while I'm not totally adverse to, is something I was originally trying to avoid.
*Dreadful Wail doesn't really require any ACC (it starts w/105% and set bonuses bump it up to 142.8% besides I have Amplify and/or Soul Drain) and, in my experience, I don't use it often enough to need any more recharge (considering TA already has a very high global recharge as is) and it certainly doesn't need any endurance reduction (since it drains all of your end anyway). I slotted it for max damage those times that I do need it. I hope that allieviates your confusion.
*Like Dreadful Wail EM is a power I don't use all that often. Maybe I'm missing something. However the times I do use it I want it to hit and I like as many of the foes held as possible. The proc has a 15% chance to add a +2 hold and in a PBAoE power it has a chance to fire off multiple times. My general strategy with this power is Power Boost>Amplify>Sirens Song>EM>Soul Drain>Dreadful Wail. Of course this usually only works solo and when on a team its more of a "oh sheet" power.
*As noted above Soul Drain is generally used in combination with DW so it doesn't really need any more recharge than I already have. I'm glad you noted GW's Embrace could hold Basilisk's Gaze (or Unbreakable Constraint if we are going all out) and I think you are absolutely right on that one. However as I said before I did this with the original intent of trying to avoid, where possible, very expensive sets...but I'm sure as I play and gather more inf/merits it's something I would definitely consider. I also like your suggestion of the Dark Master epic from the Hero side...it has some very interesting possibilities.
*I leave Sprint always on. I do this because I like to have unsupressed movement and coupled with CJ it makes for very effective combat mobility. I also like the convenience of not having to toggle it off and on (it's a QoL issue). With those considerations I found 1 Run Speed and 1 End Reduction was needed. I like having virtual invisibility so I needed to drop in a Stealth IO somewhere (to stack on Stealth) and since Sprint takes the set it seemed logical to put Celerity there. If I were to follow your suggestion I would go with the Stealth IO in Unbounded Leap as they are much cheaper.
*I like the fighting pool unfortunately you lose the LotG mule Invisibility and replace Stealth with Weave. Tough can give you back 5% recharge but you're left 2.5% short as well as needing to find several slots. It also takes 3 power choices as you must take Kick (or Boxing) vs the 2 in Stealth/Invisibility. I also considered Leadership as you can put an LotG in both Manuevers and Vengeance and Adjusted Targetting in Tactics but again that takes more slots and more powers than the Stealth/Invisibility option.
*I would definitetly take Acrobatics earlier than your suggested build. It is most useful in the 20's (holds and KB aren't as strong and that's where they start giving you problems). It gets less useful as you get into the late 30's but it's invaluable when you exempt down.

What would you change to make his typed defense better?
The only thing I could think to change would be a set of 3 Kinetic Combats in each of his melee attacks. This would increase his S/L from 31.3% to 36.9%.
I could also change the Crushing Impact to Touch of Death in Knockout Blow improving S/L to 38.8% but that would make KOB less effective (slightly) and, more importantly, reduce global recharge by 5%...do you think it's worth it?
Don't forget that Dark Obliteration gives a -8.3% tohit debuff and I spam that every fight with Foot Stomp.
Side Question: Is a - tohit debuff equivalent to defense? -
With the changes to Kinetics (Speed Boost in particular) I dusted off my Kin/Rad Def and gave him a few test runs. All I can to say is "WOW"! Unfortunately I find the */Rad sort of underwhelming (which wasn't an issue originally when he was essentially just a buff bot). Is there something that can be done to make */Rad better or do I need to reroll another Kin/* (and if so what power set do you suggest)?

I was hoping to get some informed opinions on Incarnate choices for my AR/EM Blaster. I'm unsure of which Incarnate powers would benefit him most. Additionally I'd like to stay as close to the concept as possible but I'm not chained to the idea. Agent M60 is a secret agent type who uses gadgets to augment his natural abilities. Functionally what I did was to give him perma-Hasten which allows him to Range Boost>Build Up>Full Auto every 12 sec's or so.

This is my Ele/SD Scrapper. Arc-Hammer is level 50 on Justice server. I have played this toon through several rebuilds. This version is, IMHO, the best design possible (Incarnate and Accolades included). Arc-Hammer can solo at +1 x8 through 5 hero tip missions in under an hour completely clearing every mission and can tank most AV's without support. Once Arc-Hammer got his incarnate slotted to +3 he was able to solo the nades/acid portion of the Lambda trial.

I was editing my base and moved the secret entrance room. Now the secret entrance is not accessible from inside the base and if you enter from outside the base you are trapped in a small square room with the base portal.
It appears in the base editor as if the portal is enclosed by walls that I am unable to remove. There are no placeables in the room and I have tried moving the room back to its original position but the issue persists.
The room itself is connected to the base by 2 doors but the portal is walled off. I have tried everything I could think of.
Help! -
When I began playing CoH guides abounded about each archetype and the varying power sets. Now when I scroll through them many archetype power set guides are non-existant or waaaaaay out of date. Has interest in writing guides just evaporated or is there some othe explanation?

*/WP is very survivable late game. All depends on how you build it. Invulnerability is a good choice as well but I prefer */WP for the endurance management.
My lvl 50 SS/WP Brute is currently running the incarnate trials and I can solo the acids/'nades portion in Lambda after getting my T3 Alpha slotted.

While I appreciate the attempt I think some of your design decisions are just horrible and your description of the BS/SD scrapper playstyle is just plain wrong.
"If you want a Scrapper with High Survivability that is very good at solo play...then I would reccomend that you select a different mitigation set."
In the 1st place any */SD scrapper is highly survivable if built correctly. Secondly a BS/SD scrapper is great for solo. As for herding, roaming, etc. I think you can build this power set combination to do any of those things quite easily.
A BS/SD scrapper with soft capped defense and "hard-hitting" attacks (which should include Shield Charge btw) should be able to handle large spawns as well as AV's. I think you severly underestimate what this combination can do.
"Parry - the jewel of the set..."
This power is completely unneeded on an */SD scrapper. */SD can soft cap positonal defense without it so it only serves to lower DPS. It may be useful at lower levels before you can properly enhance all your powers but it certainly isn't a "jewel".
"Against All Odds. This is the best power in the set and the reason that all of the attacks are under slotted with damage enhancements, more damage would be redundant..."
While your assesment of which power is the best of the set is debatable it's your reasoning for underslotting damage I find ill informed. Damage slotting being redundant is only true if you are just fighting even con mobs. Against higher level foes, foes with high resistance to smashing/lethal damage (which is most of them late game) or enhanced foes such as Bosses, EBs and AVs you will find you need all the extra damage you can get.

Although it provides a small amount of defense */SD is all about stacking defense bonuses. This power allows you (along with the other defense bonuses) to reach the soft cap. It is an "always-on" power so it is always used meaning it is anything but "situational".

Your misunderstanding of the importance of this power is why you probably don't understand what this set is capable of doing. Grant Cover is a good ally buff but that is not it's greatest value to the */SD scrapper. GC provides a sizable defense debuff resistance that without which a*/SD scrapper will find cascading defense failures a common occurance in places like Cimerora. And no you can't rely on double stacking Active Defense all the time. Grant Cover is, in fact, an integral part of the */SD scrappers defense not a "highly situational" power.

The Teleport travel power plus any other mid-high damage PBAoE is arguably a better choice since the combination is available more often and allows the selected PBAoE to benefit from Against All Odds...you can easily skip this power."
Well this really says it all when it comes to your complete undervaluation of the */SD scrapper. SC is, by far, one of the best powers in the set. It is not just "thematic" it is a large spawn destroyer. This power allows you to wipe out multiple mobs easily and compliments your BS attacks and thier high burst damage very nicely. If you knew how to use this power correctly you might see why it just so powerful. Don't use it as a teleport, move into the spawn and then set it off. Think AAO + BU +SC! If you skip this power you are severely gimping your build.

These are marginally useful at best and I would contend a waste of power choices.

Thanks for the info. I posted to the Mids boards on Titan also. Apparently Ninja Run has eaten some other inherent powers as well! Guess the only option is to wait for an update...sigh.
I don't suppose anyone knows how to edit Mids and restore the other Inherent powers? I personally don't need Ninja Run displayed in my Mids build. -
Trying to do a rough draft of an idea I had for a PB build and noticed that it was missing the inherent "Energy Flight" power. Is there a way to add this or do I have to wait for the next Mids update? Thanks.

Does the backpack stay even if you respec your original build into a Bane? If you have a Bane and do a 2nd build as a Crab does the original Bane build get a backpack?

I have a build that uses no purples and comes within 6 secs of having perma-PA. There are still a lot of expensive IO's but at least you can get them through the merit system if you don't have the inf. Both Hasten and AM are perma on this build also (I soooo wish I could control click both of them!).

Does the Mace Mastery power Shatter Armor take any IO sets? Paragon Wiki does not list any and Mids only To Hit Buff. I find this strange as it is a melee attack that does superior damage. Can anyone verify which sets this power allows? Thank you.
