Mids is the best program for planning characters. Do you have access to any PCs? Can you use WINE to run Mids? If not, I think you should search for builds on these forums. If you aren't sure if they are good or not, re-post them in this thread and ask for an evaluation.

This is my Ele/SD Scrapper. Arc-Hammer is level 50 on Justice server. I have played this toon through several rebuilds. This version is, IMHO, the best design possible (Incarnate and Accolades included). Arc-Hammer can solo at +1 x8 through 5 hero tip missions in under an hour completely clearing every mission and can tank most AV's without support. Once Arc-Hammer got his incarnate slotted to +3 he was able to solo the nades/acid portion of the Lambda trial.

awesome, could you post the actual build? I don't have any way to access mid's so I can't put the code in.
I've come back from about a 3 year hiatus from the game, and have started an ElM/SD brute. I absolutely love playing this character and its the most fun I've had in the game, however, I have no idea how to build this character, this is where I need your help! Please post a build that isnt extraordinarily expensive, but it doenst need to be cheap either. I would try posting a build, but I use a mac and don't think there is a program to build characters with. Thanks again.
