Hello everyone! I've been out of the game for a while and with the I21 arrival I really need to respec my char. Nowadays I still have the fitness pool power on it, not as inherent.
I don't have a great budget to expend, so I create this build without any purple.
Most of the time I'll use this char to solo some mishes, participate on hami raids and TF's, trials etc..
Please any advice will be very much appreciated Thanks!!

I have not looked at the builds

What I would suggest is Range cap, Hover blaster to limit the Knockback to Knock down while firing from above.

IF this is your only 50 or your main 50 I would attempt to make it as group friendly as possible as Energy Energy already has some bad rep from all the KB.

On top many new players will be picking this up not knowing the issues and hurting your chances of getting a team possibly when freedom goes live as you will be lumped in with "those guys".

Build wise I will not bother as there are more then enough threads already on energy / energy and its not like you have 20 different choices build wise.
