im usually around for all kinds of things, i personally like to run small team tfs (LRSF <4 poeple ect lol)
im a fan of nearly anything with AVs and such in it, and if nothing is really happening im usually just farming with one of my 5 farming toons lol -

And not just Shards and Notices - ALL the original incarnate Salvage. Integrate these into the Incarnate system past the Alpha Slot! Make it worth my time gathering these things! -
the game being down wont really affect me much, but i am disappointed ill be missing the ustream chat since the time frame it is set to occur is when i have 2 final exams scheduled lol
the previous ustream was the first ustream i watched, it was very neat i thought, i didnt make an account at the time though cause i wanted to see how it was done and everything lol -
twilight grasp in dark miasma can still fire if the target dies because the pseudo pet is summoned on your self not the target
the only incarnate slots which i have a slight problem (lore) and major problem (interface)
the problem i have with lore is the awful recharge, the pets should be able to at least perma or have maybe 1 minute downtime, not 10
the big problem that i have with interface is the fact that the debuffs are resistable and the very low stacking cap, if the debuffs were NOT resistable i would not have problem with the stacking cap, but being resistable they are nearly useless on tougher targets due to their resistance and weaker stuff to feel the entire effect dies too fast to make use of the stack limit. the way i think interface needs to be fixed is either unresistable debuffs or increase stack limit to 10 (or more) -
thats not a bug, rolling in the lvl range just selects from the recipe pools in that range, the IO itself is always your characters lvl
i believe there is a slider to change the actual lvl of the recipes that you want, but i think that only is on the merit vendors for directly buying the IOs -

Solo, I'll agree Core is generally weaker. I don't think it's safe to assume Core is balanced for what it does for you solo.
think of reichsman who has 90% resist on all dmg, the -10% resist is resisted by 90% thus only increasing overall DPS by 1% which is near negligible
the fact that this is resistable and can stack a max of 4 times from all sources makes it darn near usless (i think ALL of the interface debuffs are actually pretty useless since they are resistable, only exceptions being the DoT in reactive and the -special in gravitic) -
free transfers were not given as tokens, the one time they had free transfers they basically just did not require you to buy any tokens to do a transfer
as far as i know they do not have any upcoming free transfer periods so could always roll a new toon on the different server -
some characters on CIT appear bugged, as i have 2 of my toons showing 1200+ badges when they really dont, only my main toon is 100% accurate in terms of badges atm
i havent been keeping up with badge hunter due to how much easier it is to use the titan sentinel to verify badges lol -
time bomb is prolly one of the only ones that i would consider optional, web grenade is alright, but as a defender you get the option to skip it (i would i hate web nade cause its a single target power, but thats personal opinion lol)
other than that i think most of the other powers in traps are just too good to not take lol -

nope, the system is just not designed very well
those average wait times also average the whole leagues of poeple who enter the trial immediatly through the queue as well as poeple who get in through using the queue
the queue also only adds to leagues which are under the min number of poeple so its not worth using the queue to join anything atm, better to get a preformed league -
as pattern walker mentioned individual participation does nothing except get you out of getting the thread prize, but league participation in general can help anyone get out of the thread prize
once your past the thread prize the tables are completely random and if your not getting good stuff likely either your league didnt do very well or just plain unlucky -
this solution is very acceptable, much better than before

the jump mechanic is basically using the same mechanic as most of the other chaining powers which is spawning pseudo pets on the target
if said target dies before or while the pseudo pet is activating, it will fail essentially because the pseudo pet required the target to be alive
i dont know how it could be fixed to still hit other targets if your target dies during the cast time though unless it was changed to a target aoe, but it only spawned 1 pseudo pet, so it spawned a pet on one random target it hits thus firing into a large group will nearly always guarantee a hit for the chain to work -
how you describe it, it sounds almost usable and comparable to most current blaster secondaries
it might have needed tweaking, but i think they went a little overboard on it -

the only problem some sets have is that they use pseudo pets which are unaffected by domination
in the case of earth domination, i think its fairly reasonable because volcanic gases is already really powerful without the double mag mez
i do not think that illusion would have a problem with domination because the only pet it has that does mez is spectral terror which is just a fear, the illusionist gets flash and the other mezzes that dont require pseudo pets so illusion would benefit just fine with domination -
the reasons i dislike gun drone is due to the MASSIVE end cost (nearly 40 end cost unenhanced) and the massive interrupt time and very short life span
if the pet stayed around until destroyed then i could see it keeping the end cost and interrupt time, but with the short life span the end cost and interrupt time are just way too much and need to be looked at as gun drone is not that effective
the 2 times ive gotten devices toons high enough to use gun drone, ive always ended up deleting those toons because gun drone is a huge let down -
with how they did the customization of the incarnate powers, i think the power pool customization will work very similar to that when they get it all said and done

If I were in charge of trying to get every possible person on line to jam the server until it screams... hmmm....
1) Quadruple XP, influence, prestige and normal drop chances during the event.
2) 50th level characters will have incarnate salvage drop about the same rate as uncommon salvage for lower level characters.
People just might call in sick to work for this kind of incentive.
the only problem i see with this is off-server poeple since they most likely will not have any 50s unless they quickly PL something over the next 2.5 weeks -
/FF on a mm IMO is a snoozefest
if you want something with just a tad less defense but more killing/debuffing capability then i would go with /traps
reasons:
force field generator gives the same def values as dispersion bubble
room for lots of slotting possibilities in traps (devastation chance to hold IO in acid mortar + lockdown proc in poison trap = win!)
if you go with demons, hell on earth can be used on your trap pets as well as slotted with the 4 pet uniques (very useful if your pets are dying too fast to be useful with hell on earth, just throw it on the FFG and it becomes a mini demon spawner lol)
pretty much every mm set is pure win with /traps, i know it wasnt on your projected list but its definitly a very good set to consider -

IDF arent bad, but as mentioned there were about 3 projected new lore trees coming out along with the new trials whenever they are done testing
the ones mentioned coming out would be arachnos, carnival of shadows, and nemesis
