AE Ticket Trader gives wrong level recipes.

Well, what level is the character in question?
Because if you are, for example, lvl 44 and do a 25-29 roll, the recipe you end up with will be lvl44 unless it has a maximum level below that.
I do a lot of architect stuff, thus i get A LOT of tickets that i use up in rolls and never have i gotten any recipes at levels i shouldn't have.

thats not a bug, rolling in the lvl range just selects from the recipe pools in that range, the IO itself is always your characters lvl
i believe there is a slider to change the actual lvl of the recipes that you want, but i think that only is on the merit vendors for directly buying the IOs
So I need a level 20-30 proc from Glimpse of the Abyss. Off I go to AE (since I'd already checked WW) and purchase over a dozen Silver recipes in the 20-24 range... when I check my inventory however, I find I've been given recipes ranging from level 30 to 44 (not even a range you can chooes at the trader).
Anyone who wants to grab recipes using tickets.. be aware there is a bug running rampent.
Oh, for the ever so helpful people out there.. the character holds a max of 20 recipes currently and after purchasing the first 3, I was full so went through and deleted any that were over level 29 which cleared out most of my inventory. There's no mistaking they gave me level 40-44 tickets.
One side uses mind police and will "disappear" you and the other uses poison gas and bombs on civilians. Hamidon? He'll just have a tree eat you. Much simpler. If we're all going to be oppressed and/or killed by someone, it might as well be the walking trees. At least they don't speak in annoying code or doublespeak. They just devour you.
