I haven't decided which server my US alts will land on yet. What's Victory's 'niche' ?

Our niche?

We aren't Freedom
We aren't Virtue
And we're better than the other ones.....COMBINED!

I've already forgotten about most of you

We had a relatively high Euro population since the beginning anyway, so this would be a good home for the new ones coming in.

Welcome!

Yep. Eurocorps has been on Victory since the beginning.

Pretty good about TFs. Global channels with pretty solid players.

Actions speak louder than Vets.

We also have at least three Hamsters, our own Emote and probably one of the longest running weekly SGs (Isolators) around.

Who do I have to *&^% around here to get more Targeted AoE recipes added?

There's at least one person capable of getting you a successful Abandoned Sewer Trial run.

Ha, so true. You and that trial are attached at the hip.

And then there is AmazingMoo (AKA Hamster in game) who is almost always up for a Katie Hannon TF, and then there is me, who is almost always up for story arcs, TFs, etc.: non-Trial stuff.

Wait... Hamster is AmazingMoo? I mean, I know Hamster and Satanic Hamster are two entirely different people but I didn't know that's who Hamster is.

Victory also has me, which is great because......uh.....um.....lemme get back to you on that.

That came out at some point, and I don't think I'm remembering wrong, as we all had the same reaction you did. Hamster also mentions his forum posting from time to time, so he's definitely a forumite.

Because... no one expects you?

Yeah plenty of us euro-types on Victory - eurocore has been going since the beginning and still has a good membership. Check out our website at eurocore.org and say hi and we can sort you out a global channel invite. We have both blue side and red side bases and will usually be running TF's or other teamage most evenings.

Well i rolled a few alts on Victory, joined a SG (Eurocore) and have now hit 20, seems to be a nice community so far, though I couldn't get onto Victory Badges (full) and Victory Badges 2009 seems very quiet.

Victory Forum usually has some chat in it.

Yeah, Victory Badges is full and will stay that way until they get the channel timeout feature working. Not sure why they implemented that and then haven't followed through on its bugs, but hey... par for the course with some issues in game.

VB 2009 I usually use for team forming, though it can get chatty from time to time... I'd say Victory Forum is the chattier of the two (imagine that). Depending on when you play, you should see a lot of team stuff forming in VB 2009.

Welcome to Victory.

Keep in mind the time difference if you're looking for non-Euro players. Victory is basically an EST server, with higher player base during the peak evening playtimes. I have no idea the activity during the daytime EST, but it feels more active starting around 7 - 8PM EST and probably till way after midnight most weekdays. Weekends are a bit higher in regard to daytime activity, and of course in the evenings. So whatever the goofy math there is in regard to time difference, YMMV.

Not sure how many PST players are still around, but there use to be quite few. Unfortunately we still have some goofy CSTs trying to hang around with their made up time zone, but we'll nix them from our good graces eventually.

England is about +5 from EST...so 8pm to us is 1am to them.
