There's some nice arcs in that range, but may I also suggest writing your own arcs for AE? Give your character some personal adventures.
Also, I really like Maria Jenkins' stuff. -
I always answer 'sorry, it's a supergroup team'
I have a solo supergroup. -

It's just not christmas until you've been brutally murdered by a snowman.

Just gonna say, it's weird to go into the Echo and rescue people and I swear they've been given more enthusiastic dialogue.
Then you go into the city hall and it's the workers talking about how it doesn't matter if they do a good job or not, they just want their money and get out of there. And it's all 'YOU'RE GONNA BE SET FIRE TO BY ALIENS' -
What I need to stop doing is running all over myself apologizing for sounding like I have an opinion. I blame social conditioning/being Canadian.

After talking to Liberty at the start of SSA4 I don't think I'd want that jerk back at all.

Being able to unlock capes for ALL characters via paragon market was such a huge thing for me I never expected.
City Traveler changed everything before that. -
Very good! I really liked this

I kinda love this thread.
Here's one: I was on my third character ever and she was about, say, level 8? And this high level character said to a bunch of us under Atlas, hey, do you wanna go to the tailor?
This was back before the Tiki Lounge, even. Anyway, I'd never seen a tailor so I was all hell yes.
And so he put us all on a team and turned on group flight. Then after a bit he said it was too hard having us all keep up and used inertial reduction, at which point we started bouncing like mad to the tailor. He warned us that the enemies were very very dangerous.
I still remembered getting debt at level four when I first started, so I was all D: when suddenly the servers went down.
And I logged on again later, all alone in the back of Steel Canyon. I didn't know how low the enemies actually were over at the front and that I could probably make it safely to Atlas/King's Row again. So I stood there in utter terror of the purple Outcasts a bit away from me and then did the most logical thing and started going 'helllllp' in broadcast.
End of the story is someone tp'd me to the train, gave me money, and told me to have a good day.
I still remember that utter terror of higher level enemies and that I'd take the invis power pool on so many characters before realizing I was actually perfectly safe. -

Eh. I spent my first few days when I tried getting into things here arguing (it was the gender equality thing, I have Feelings about that) and then I realized it was just people yelling out at the wind and I was one of them.
And if you do get a reply, then you're stuck in an angry argument.
Five pages of meandering later.
In conclusion, that's why I should be elected. Also, it's easier to go 'is this the hill I want to die on?' before starting a reply. -
Quote:I have to admit, that wasn't what I was expecting.
- Essentially you have one toon set up to make the kills, and output Stupid Level Damage {TM}. You put a big attack on auto.
- You then set up a bunch of secondary accounts with toons outfitted with rapid-charging self-res set on auto.
- Park them in an unobtrusive corner of a PVP zone.
- Turn off your monitor and go to bed.

Someone had the patent/monopoly and was HOLDING BACK. I bet it was that jerk Tony Kord.

Five minutes. I waited five minutes for that door to become clickable again.
I still sometimes have newb moments. Like two months or so ago? Someone told me about putting end reducers into my end hog character's attacks.
I'm still me, so my reaction was just 'WITCHCRAFT' -
Quote:Aw, I like this bio. It made me sad. This fits with a character I created when Titan Weapons came out. Galaxy Kid is a TW/EA brute, and his bio reads:
Josh Martin was an ordinary kid living with his family in Galaxy City. He was in Mr. Hardy's history class when the cataclysm happened. Josh survived and managed to help lead two of his classmates to safety before the shivans arrived.
Separated from the others, Josh was running through the new ruins of his neighborhood when he came across the body of a Rikti. The Rikti had sent this scout with a new, powerful weapon to Earth. But the scout had died when the meteor hit, and Josh was the one who grabbed the giant sword lying on the ground. When he touched it, the weapon imprinted on Josh and gave him powers and abilities beyond his belief.
Scarred by losing his family and friends, Galaxy Kid has avoided the authorities in Paragon City, and now fights against those who prey on the refugees of Galaxy City. He returns each night to the echo of his family's home, and tells his now-timeless parents and sister that school was fine.
Also, I'm gonna make your explanation my head canon until/if they ever explain it. -

yeah, the "you wouldn't steal a car" thing bombed hardcore in the Rogue Isles.
SPEAKING OF THAT. I heard they stole the music for that thing. -
Deep in my heart, that makes me hope the way he dies in it is via piano.

Quote:Non-stop partying we're not invited to.The Rogue Isles. There are three or four islands on the southern end of the map, but no one can seem to go to them. Seriously, what's going on down south in the "unexplored" regions?
I second the wanting more tip missions. The ones we got are nice and I'd like to see more of that.
More lower level mission arcs. I write my own starting stuff these days, unless I want to just run dfb until I can run off and do later arcs at like, level seven.
I'd like to see underused costume sections expanded. Like backpacks, shirts (and shirts for men too!), helmets, etc. -
The shiny distracting objects the game provides.
