  1. My wife and I both have an account. Between the two of us i would say we have spent close to $500 since freedom launched. Since we have a small daughter we don't get to go out very much so pretty much all of our entertainment dollars go to CoH. We are blessed that we are in a position that we can spend so much on CoH and support the game we both love!

    while you are about getting knocked back more in melee anything that will KB you thru 4 pts of protection will kb you thru 8 pts as well. There are no powers in the game that have KB mags of 4-9.9 its under 4 or 10 or zomg what just hit me.

    Mag 4 will stop 90-95% of kb mag 8 stops exactly the same amount and mag 12 stops 99%
  3. While i don't have any info about the proc there is an alternetive to respecing you could use few enhancement unslotters. Depending on how long you've been playing you may have quite a few just waiting for you in your email in box.

  5. Local Man has some very good points. If you are dead set on keeping stealth then i would take the slots out of it and put them into manurvers. Also i would save the money on the micro in speed boost. Just throw an endmod IO in there and call it a day.
  6. Thanks for all the help guys. After trying everything i could i decided to go with the "nuclear option" and reformat my hard drive. That worked for me as the game is now installing.

  7. Ok i added the ncsoft launcher to my exempt list and still nothing. i turned off norton and still nothing. i tried to adjust my settings on my windows fire wall but i got an error message there. it says windows firewall can't change some of your settings error code 0x80070424. any ideas?
  8. when i click on your link i get a message saying firefox can't find the google server but when i type google into my address bar i can go right there. I am very confused
  9. I have norton antivirus installed but i can't figure out how to let programs thru
  10. I have the launcher installed. when i go to open it i get an error message that says

    Unable to contact launcher update server

    there is either a problem with your internet connection or the update server is currently down you may retry or skip the update. if i hit retry i get the same message if i hit skip the launcher opens but instead of the splash page i get currently unavailable check your network connections and try again.
  11. When ever i open the ncsoft launcher it isn't connecting to the nc server. I know i am connected to the internet because i am posting here. I have tried running as admin i have even tried uninnstalling and reinstalling. Any help would be appreciated

  12. Hey all. I can't Connect to the NcSoft Launcher. I am running windows xp and i am running as administraitor. And since i can't find the tech problems forums i figured i would come here and ask. If you need any more info please let me know
  13. if you want to play a fire/fire blapper then i think this build will work out much better for you. It has soft capped S/L def and a much higher global recharge to get your tasty aoes up more often. Fireball/Burn/Fire sword circle will decimate most minions and put a hurting on LT's as well. This also offers a good single target attack chain to finish up the bosses. Flares/blast/blaze isn't quite gapless but Firesword should fill the gap nicely. For even more goodness you could consider going villain long enough to pick up mace mastery for the Aoe Immob to keep them in your burn/rain of fire patch.

  14. I have been running a fire/fire blaster with a recharge intensive build since I9. He is a beast in both the AoE and Single target damage. I love playing him and when things go pear shaped i have Rise of the Phoenix up in under 2 mins. Here is the build i am running.

  15. Also i am fairly certain that the devs can either make it effected by recharge or not effected by recharge. This being the case if it were so then global recharge bonuses and hasten would also effect the incarnate powers. If that were the case then on my blaster for example i would have judgement up every 29 seconds that's at a minimum every other group. I would have destiny up 38 seconds which means i can triple stack it. Not to mention it would give me perma lore pets. You can't tell me this wouldn't be broken. Hence why spirtual doesn't effect the recharge of incarnate powers

  16. Do you happen to have any procs slotted in the power?
    Even if the proc doesn't fire when it checks for the chance it creates aggro
  17. You should swap out exicutioners contract of sting of the manticore in your snipe for an extra 7.5 recharge
  18. The Build has all the accolades including Eye of the Magus and Geas of the Kind ones turned on. That is what gave it such crazy numbers.

  22. I have a lvl 45 earth/ta and a lvl 28 ILL/Ta and both are good. My Earth/Ta just wrecks stuff
    I haven't tried to solo an av or anything but He tears though big mobs of goons.

    My Ill/ta is also good but i think he needs time to develop

  23. I think you have taken focus way too late in your build. It really should be taken as soon as possible. Maybe move taunt back to 41 to take it. It does good damage and the knockdown is great for bouncing bosses and other tough enemies

  24. If you can only have one defense is the way to go...but only if you can reach the magical soft cap. But the best way to go is to have a mixture of defense resistance and regen. layered protections will increase your survivablity far more than just having one or the other
