Bug: Cannot get money from Trading House

I sold a few candy cones in the trading house, but I cannot retrieve the money. A window pops up telling me that I've exceeded the cap of 2 billion, even though the sum is 55k each. I've experimented a bit, and sold two other items, which worked fine. Then I sold two more candy cones, one for 75k, the other 56k. Again, I cannot retrieve the money.

I already sent a bug report in-game. As a newbie who is still considering whether to buy this game or not - Is this a common bug? How long until it is addressed and fixed?

Are you on a trial account? If you are then Trial accounts are limited to 50K money once you upgrade to a full account then you can get all your money
