  1. Alright, looking for some advice on this spines/fire scrapper. I wanted to make it an all around farmer for both S/L and Fire damage. Can anyone tell me if this is possible with this current build? Also looking for critique, anyway to make it better. I expect to hear a lot about the temperature protection... please comment!

  3. I see - I didn't look into the actual numbers just the percentages. I apologize again if it came off as a shun, i'm just trying my best
    My quarrel with the haste would only be for the nukes, but the 1.5 second wouldn't even be noticeable.

  4. I was challenged to make a Mastermind that would perhaps be able to farm in AE - So what i've come up with is quite circumstantial - and it would require a dead person who would be feeding you inspirations. (oranges, greens)
    The thought process i'm on is to take the most advantage of the enforcer's individual leadership and combine them with my own, therefore making the tier one pets much more stable than they normally would be without it. (Would the Posse members from Gang War be affected with leadership off the enforcers??)

  5. This is an Ice/Earth build for dominator, and I'm thinking I need serious help on this one...
    I want this toon to be able to take a x8 mob by herself and to stand a chance against two x8 mobs if something were to go awry... I'm not sure if that's too much to ask for, but I would like to achieve the closest possible result.

  6. Thanks allot for the information, I'm trying to avoid the use of purples, but any other expensive procs/sets are fine. I won't be able to continue work on this build tonight, but tomorrow i will try to apply your advice and post the changes
  7. I have to say i like the changes you've made... However it seems as though we've dropped just about every stat in the totals for the extra endurance, so now i'm wondering if all the extra endurance is necessary for the fact of EA filling my endurance bar as domination would fill a dominator's endurance bar upon activation of the power; which then continues to boost my endurance recovery for however many stacks it caps at. My updated version of the original build has a 23 second recharge and the new one is hanging at 24, I don't speak from experience when I assume the endurance i have should last 23-24 seconds? This isn't including the alpha either.
    The Haste between the two builds is quite large, as well as the limited resistance there is... Would I need resistance when the Defense levels are as high as they are?
    Please don't take this as a shun, I only want the best build possible before i go off and start buying the IOs

    Now to get a bit more focused, are you planning on just AE farming or going elsewhere? Ice/ can do both. for AE you can make a custom ambush farm with ice using enemies (because ice/ laughs at slows and cold damage).
    Thanks allot for the information, I'm looking to be an all around farmer but also capable of farming the intense numbers of AE... In your opinion, Would you add Permafrost to the build for the custom Ice AE farm?
    Also, I am looking over the build and don't see how i can slot EA (energy absorption??) for any more defence?

  12. I love this show! it kills me how they end them though... i was dwelling for about 10 minutes that i couldn't find out what happens to Telford... They need to get young out of there and get Eli with Rush.
  13. I have not read this whole thread, but i must mention my level 50 archery/energy blaster can throw a nuke every 22seconds. (without hasten) I can solo quite easily, after nuking your mob you only have to clean up after your mess. (kill lieutenants and bosses)
    to start you begin with your [Power Boost], then you activate [Build Up], then you pop your [Aim].
    I f you enhance it right you can tear up any mission.
  14. If there were an issue update based entirely on the environment...
    I would recomend:
    -I would do something about the cars, the same models have the same license plate numbers, and they constantly are running people over and colliding with each other. And it's not uncommon to see a hero running faster than a car...
    -Anyone else notice how all of the stoplights are broken? Isn't the government supposed to fix those things? (Get Obamma in here!) This would fix the car problem too :P
    -Those cars can make some tight turns!
    -does CoX have a tow service? I've seen the same car parked in the same spot everyday since I've started playing this game. Doesn't that ruin the car engines or something?
    -2D objects? need I go further?
    -How about some extra pieces for the base design? (NPCs to operate the many computers would be kind of cool!)

So has anyone else found it somehow difficult to make a WP tank build? i mean I've looked all over for one and couldn't find one I've liked, here are 2 of my attempts, the second is better than the first. after testing i found that the regeneration of the WP was not impressive whatsoever, the latest of my efforts has come out to be an all around somewhat decent tank build.
    Please leave comments on how to help, your own build or suggestions. Hating is fine with me

    this is my second attempt at getting a formidable tanking build: notice how i went with offense/regeneration - this doesn't work, i went in with the idea that a good offense is a good defense, where this works on some builds, not the stone. the recharge is nowhere near capable of keeping up with a small defense / limited damage build.

    The second build is much better in my opinion. It offers more stability of the different attacks, i haven't had enough money to actually Finnish this build here, the stats overwhelm the crudy regeneration build. the damage output is left behind in the dust, but the defense / resistance stats are much, much better
    (if you have the money and spare time to complete this build before i do you HAVE to post the effectiveness )

Now my reasoning for the Endurance Reductions is; to be simply put; I hate stopping everything when the AV decides to nuke and kill lingering pets that are too close. Stopping could possibly result in loss of holds/debuffs that could potentialy let the said AV rise up in HP.
