I've got a level 50 MM Thugs/Dark. It seems like everytime I zone to another map, (not a mission map, just a zone map like IP or Brickstown) the pets will just stand there and not do anything no matter how many times I use heal/goto or even attack. They just stand there doing nothing, only way I can fix it is to just release them and re-cast.
Also another unusual behavior I've seen lately is when you enter a mission, the pets will exit then re-enter the mission like 3-4 times before they stop.
Anyone else have seen this too? -

I guess Im judging it to quickly probably due to Ive already have two characters with Super Reflexes (Scrapper & Stalker) and feel more comfortable with it.
So Im gonna give it some more time and see how it goes, plus I didnt think about putting Karma KB protection in Hide. -
I just made a new Stalker (Ninja Blade / Ninjitsu) last night, it's level 9 now. One thing I've noticed about Ninjitsu is that it's very similar to Super Reflexes, but Ninjitsu doesn't have any knockback protection like Super Reflexes has with Practiced Brawler. So my question is...other than the cool powers like Caltrops, Smoke Flash & Blinding Powder in Ninjitsu, what's the point of having Ninjitsu when we have Super Reflexes?
Now I already have a level 50 Scrapper & a level 50 Stalker, both have Super Reflexes as their secondary, so I'm very familiar with Super Reflexes. I'm really trying out Ninjitsu and I really don't see the benefit of it when I think Super Reflexes seems superior to it. I know level 9 is not really far enough to test out Ninjitsu, but I'm just thinking of the future of my Stalker using Ninjitsu. So I guess if you really want to feel like a Ninja, then I can see using Ninjitsu, but I'm looking for survivability with good defenses.
Does anyone else have Ninjitsu and prefer it over Super Reflexes and if so, why?
And here is a quick snippet of Ninjitsu for Stalkers from Paragon Wiki.

Quote:Ahhh, nice to know that you have a choice at the end. I always thought it was the story arcs you choose along the way determine your outcome.Taking story arcs won't determine your final Hero/Villain status.
When the time comes to leave Praetoria, then you pick Hero or Villain.
Quote:You can run any arc, with any alignment, for your time in Praetoria.
When the final mission is ran you can pick Hero or Villain either way.
That said, if your wanting to go the Hero route I'd suggest the Warden and Responsibility Arc's as they tend to be more 'Heroic' than the others.
I'd avoid the Powers arc unless you like feeling evil. -
I'm about to create my first Praetorian character, it will be a Mastermind and I want to make it through as a Hero.
Are there any particular story arcs I should take on the road to Heroism? I just want to make sure that I don't take the wrong path and wind up as a villain.
Thanks in advance,

Is there something wrong with the forums? I usually start off clicking on the "New Posts" tab at the top of the forum to get my day started and begin reading posts. However today, whenever I click on it, it just shows me 1 or 2 items, not a screen full of posts like it usually does. Looks like it's just showing me the 1 or 2 most recent posts, has something changed?

Due to real life issues, I solo alot. So I'm bouncing around an idea to create a new scrapper. I would be playing this scrapper mostly solo with occasional teaming.
I was thinking of EM/EA, anyone know of this combo is good? Of course I'm open to any other suggestions.
Thanks in advance.

A word from a RED name would be nice before this rumor gets too far out of hand.

Yes, they are configured as helpers and not steal XP by using attack powers. Well this sucks!!!

Is this a bug or not? Let's say you create an AE mission with 2 Allies in them. They are both set to follow and be aggressive. You rescue the first one, they do as expected, they follow and assist you by being aggressve. But if you rescue the second one, it only follows and does nothing else but follow you, it becomes very passive.
I've tried this by rescuing the second one then the first one. It's always the same, whichever you rescue first becomes aggressive and the second just follows no matter what settings you have on it.
So is this a bug or WAI? -
My daughter started playing City Of Heroes back in Feb 2005, I occasionally watched her play. Then one day she allowed me make a new character on her account. I got hooked and made my own account 20 minutes later.

I put my hazard zones in one area or room and arrange the others by levels, lowest to highest.
Example:
Hazard Zones
Hollows/Perez Park
Boomtown/Striga Isle
Dark Astoria/Creys Folly
etc etc
City Zones
Atlas Park/Galaxy City
Kings Row/Skyway City
Steel Canyon/Independence Port
etc etc -
Fulmens,
I really appreciate your generosity for the large contribution/match that you donated to my Supergroup.
Thank you very much. -

Quote:Again, if you want to sink some of that influence to charity, my global is @Marsha MallowInf sinks for those who have "too much" inf is just a flavor thing. When you have 40 bil - what do you spend it on? Inf sinks! Needless junk!
Send me an in-game email and Id be more than happy to take some of that off your hands. -
If you suffer from this terrible illness, Id be happy to help by sinking some of that influence for you.

If you want to Donate any of your stuff, I'd be happy to take it off your hands.

I think theyve all moved inside too. In fact they are all in abundance in many of the new indoor Praetoria, Tina Macintyre & Maria Jenkins story arcs.

I hate to double post, but I've had a really bad night so far. I added my 2 cents on this post about items we'd like to see in I19 or sometime in the future, but I really think this should be posted here.
So I'd like to throw this idea into the "never gonna happen" idea box, because I feel if you don't get your hopes up, you won't get disappointed if it doesn't.
But please devs, allow us Controllers to CONTROL our pets like Masterminds can. I don't think it should be too hard to implement as the function is already there in the game, just add those powers to Controllers.
I've said my peace.
Thank you,
Marsha -
Oh can I please add one more thing to the "never will happen" list?
As as CONTROLLER, can we PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD have the ability to CONTROL our pets? You have no idea how many times my imps will just run around randomly hap-hazardly aggroing other mobs that I'm not even working on yet.
It REALLY gets fustrating to play as a CONTROLLER sometimes. Masterminds can CONTROL their pets, why can't CONTROLLERS? I would love to have the same control that a Mastermind has on my controller.
