My guess is it's one of those three, and I wouldn't be surprised if our actions during the arc are what decides who dies.
That's entirely possible, and if that's the case, not only would I choose states, I'd probably be shoving him over to meet his demise.

Vets count a free, so they do not stack. As such, you cannot claim a vet respec until you use your free one. The "max" that they are referring to is what can be held at one time. Technically, there is an unlimited number of respecs a player can have, when you factor in the recipes and the purchasable respecs.

Also, a lot of people still think that the code merger rendered the CoV codes inactive as opposed as an alternative source, so they think the collectors edition is only worth the contents of the box, if that.

The sad part is, the cartoon versions Actually did resolve it. (80's version had Jean ending it during her wedding, evolution it never happened and Wolverine and the X-Men forced Logan to make his decisions tactically) Only wish they would drop it in the comics.

Yeah, partially for the controversy they use for stirring up frenzy and that they are obsessed with WoW's success.

I get a kick of how WoW suddenly (supposedly) changed the measuring stick single handed. Before, a game with 100k+ subscribes was a gigantic success. Now apparently if a game can't break the 1 million mark, it's doomed to fail inside of 1 month.

Yeah, no. I don't buy that. Running with that logic, every single MMO before it would have never made it past one month (Everquest included, which peaked at an official count of 430k). It's actually nice to see that the ones making the decisions don't give that new measuring stick any real merit.
8. Incidentally, the previous Super Boosters (the true standalone ones, not the ones released alongside other versions of the game, like the mac pack) have been based of an origin. Cyborg was tech origin, mystic is magic origin, and super science is, well, science. I would expect the next Super Booster to be based off of either mutants or natural origin. So while the ninja stuff might be a part of it, I doubt it would be the entire booster.
9. See! See! they do exist!

Well, it's proof that good people knows no size.

There's a villain one as well, but it hasn't hit the net yet that I can find.
10. Ideally, both. If I have to choose between them though, I would go the debuff in the hands of someone who can handle their character. Properly done, I will not need the rez.
11. And I would say for future reference, to close your laptop whenever you walk away from it.

The zombies have a typical minion/lt/boss/EB experience values, but they are based on the GM EXP distribution, where the percentage of the damage done equals the XP you earn, to a minimum of 1 XP for simply being there. Most zombies drop at the whiff of a power, so often the XP earned is very little. The Rikti invasion spawns are the same way.

14. Okay, I have to wonder what game was the second group talking about? Because it's been a sticking point for anti-game pundits about getting points for this action and I'd hate to see some sort of evidence verifying their claims.
15. Don't forget that the monster scaling is a little different. A level 50 defender with no enhancements will do an equal percentage to the target health bar as a level 8 with no enhancements. So while you're only doing 8 points of damage, that 8 points of damage is going a long way.

With monster class, the attack are based on percentage as opposed to a physical count. So to a level 50, he has 7000hp and is taking 100dps, to you he's 700hp and is taking 10dps. so you are contributing just as much as a high level.

So basically, ignore the numbers, they don't have as much bearing on the invasion enemies as you are thinking.
16. last time they looked at traps, the poison trap got nerfed. While it's not exactly a huge problem, I can stand it not being looked at again.

Sally

By the way, for those of you wondering about sally, look in your hero alerts for something strange in croatoa. It seems that the notice for sally.
18. I'm going to get hammered on this as I don't have one, so bear with me, this is just from the info on ParagonWiki and stuff I've heard.

1. It's positional. The best approach is to be backed into a corner. If an enemy comes up from behind, most of your traits from the power set are not there.

2. Little damage resistance. The set is designed around defense, which is great, until the one alpha that slips by and fries you, especially psionics. The only power that offers substantial dmg res is a crash ability. Think the old school MoG in regen but without the first health crash.

3. Endurance cost. It's a pretty heavy endurance cost and most of the abilities are click or toggle. No endurance means you are very vulnerable, which means sappers and Carnies will be a problem. (okay, they're a problem for everyone, so sue me )

4. Team reliant. To really capitalize on the benefits, you need to have a large team. Not always possible or in some cased desired with melee heavy players.

5. Contain resistance. Your resistance against sleep, hold, etc. are on click powers, which means when they run out, enemies can hold you until you are gone. Later NPCs and in PvP can leave you vulnerable. Some other pools have this on toggle (regen for example) which makes them less vulnerable.

So is it the be all is all end all? No. But it's not really a horrible powerset, you just have to have some practice in handling it.
19. That was an absolute blast!

I do think we broke Shecky at the end though.

Except... when I went to show off my character to my nephew (who plays Wow):

See? This zone is called the Storm Palace. Cool, huh? Before I show you the palace, let's see how I do against these brutes... /faceplant.

Hmmm. I guess a dozen of them were too many.... Well, this is the storm palace itself. Oh, there's some wisps. They look weird don't they? Let's see if I can pull just one.... /faceplant.

Anyway, I'm going back to Peregrine Island where it's safer. Oh look! It's an invasion. See, that's a rikti ship! Aren't they cool? /faceplant.

Needless to say, I don't think I impressed him with the survivability of my character, although I did get to demonstrate the lack of any meaningful death penalty at level 50.

All weapons scale to you that I know of. If they have charges, they will still work. If they're on a timer, they may expire.

[/ QUOTE ]

To elaborate on this a bit:

Limited powers scale up with your level. If you get a limited power at level 10, it will be greyed out if you get exemplared/malefactored below it.

There are 3 types of limited powers:
1) charges - these are <blank>uses left and until you drain all the charges, they will stay.
2) active timer - These will, when activated, initiate a countdown timer. when they are detoggled, the timer freezes. until the timer runs out, you will retain the power.
3) persistent timer - these powers are always on from when you get them and have a timer running all the time. When the timer ends, so does the power. Usually used in the safegard/mayhem buff powers and day job buffs.
