Spider City gets my vote as "holy crap YES." As someone else mentioned... it's very, very villanous. Like, "grandiose" villainous. Combine that with the overall feel of Grandville and you've got a winner!

Yeah, like I thought, Regen might be a bit overkill. I'll look at what else I can give him, then. Even with I15's custom power selection, they still get Fast Healing, which I hear on an AV is kind of nuts.

Title says a lot, but here's how it is: I'm designing a custom group, and it has a custom AV meant to be fought at the end of the arc. I want this AV to actually be someone tough, as they are a signature member of the custom group... but I'm wondering if giving them Revive might be a bit on the "too much" side.

In fact, while I'm at it, what about Regen for an AV at all? That seems kind of like cheating, now that I think about it.

Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure someone addressed this earlier, but WoW does get free expansions; they're just not quite hyped like our "issues," where Blizzard prefers to just name them "Patch #.##" or somesuch.

Okay, so, I see a lot of people saying "Lower the price! It's too high!" and a lot of other people saying "It's fine where it is!" so how about this.

If NC decides I have to pay less money all of a sudden-- hey man, I'm pretty cool with that! But I mean, I'm not going to just up and quit because it's $15 a month. I mean, c'mon now. That's pretty standard fare.

Got my own bug to report. Rikti Conscripts are apparently not giving XP in RWZ missions. Did several missions with some friends last night, mixed team(1 tanker, 1 brute, 1 corr), and every Conscript beaten wasn't giving a reward. Just a "You have defeated Conscript" in the log. No XP, and no Influence/Infamy or Prestige. Absolutely nothing. I assume this is a bug, because I see no reason why a particular type of Rikti would give no rewards.

Be sure that the Conscripts aren't Comm Officer portal spawns, as they are not supposed to give out XP and Conscripts and Rikti Monkeys make up a large part of portal spawns in my experiences.

Being a Sonic the Hedgehog fan since 1991, Super Speed is naturally my favorite travel power. It's also the ONLY travel power on my villain, and I can guarantee every one of you I know Grandville's layout more than you people with vertical travel!

Very cool guide. I'd like to nitpick however, and say that unless they changed it, Whirlwind from the Super Speed pool allows you to attack whilst in it. It was kinda cool when I got it to toy around on my DM/DA, since I'd Shadow Maul whilst whirling uncontrollably =P

I like the new CoH comic. A lot of the 'character flaws' are just heroes accustomed to having powers losing them, and thus they break down much easier.
