  1. Meh. I've been here since forever and still haven't broken 3,000. There are people who have been here less than a year with 10,000. It basically just means nothing.

    If someone looks ay your post count and uses it as an argument against you, it's a pretty good barometer of their idiocy.

    Awesome. Now I need pics.
  3. Thanks for all the help guys, really looking forward to leveling "Nobody's Ohm" now.
  4. <- @KINRAD

    I've been playing since the last wave of Beta back in 2004. I started out on Justice, and branched to Guardian when CoV went live in 2005 because Justice was full. I have since moved the majority of the characters I actually play to Guardian, since you folks are just downright friendly.

    I have currently been playing a lot of 50s (see incarnate list in sig), but have plenty of other chars on Guardian as well.

    Also... I love cookies.
  5. Cool, so if I use it as an opener and give it a few seconds before slaughtering my enemies it will essentially take over the whole group?
  6. How does this power work? Is there a delay from one enemy to the next, or is it pretty much instantaneous crowd control?

    I have my elec/elec dom now at level 25 and am looking forward to the power after having much success with my plant/fire confuse.

    Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
  7. I have all the crab pets and they are perma (well, unless they get killed early ).

    I would have the patron spider too, but I couldn't sacrifice the powers to do so. As it is I have only 4 attacks, and only one of those is single target!
  8. OK, well maybe I will get the Warworks for now (for the level shift) and hope for more spiders to join my glorious army!

    Thanks for the advice guys.
  9. No thanks. If the game goes F2P it means you pay more in the long run because all the new stuff that gets added is 'premium content' and has a charge.

    I prefer my $11/mo (annual subscription) to being micro-transactioned to death.
  10. am I stupid for thinking this pet for my crab?

    I am only thinking about IDF because I already have the other 3 pets on my other 3 incarnates, and I basically wanted 1 character with each.

    So far I am disappointed in my clocks, but the warworks and the seers seem to be peachy. I went total core ally / superior core ally on all 3 pets, and am thinking the same for my crab.

    How is that possible? There isn't anything there to fight over level 23 is there?
  12. I have spent all of my time in issue 20 getting my incarnates where I wanted them. I finally got K'lir, Hot-House Flower, and Kinrad all 'up to snuff' and was trying to figure out who should be my final incarnate.

    I was going to do my BS/SR scrapper (Angus McThwack), but on a lark I pulled out Itsy-Bitsy Spider, whom I haven't played since the glory days of all SoA ITFs.

    A quick respec and a run through the Alpha unlock arc, and I can't remember why I ever stopped playing him! I walked into that last room with the Vanguard EB and Hero 1, and gunned everything down without taking more than a scratch.

    Oh how I missed Itsy. See you guys in the trials!
  13. Thanks so much for this. So far today (knock wood) I have not been having problems.
  14. Right about now that is the best bug/feature/not an error window I could have gotten. It was a sizable (for me) chunk of inf, and will help my character greatly!
  15. Phew.

    For what it is worth, the game is smarter than me and it held the inf in a temporary 'cache'. for me.

    I bid 1 bill on something that can't be bought and boom, got the rest of my inf.

    THANK YOU DEVS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  16. Thanks, just sent a petition, fingers are crossed.
    I know they don't owe me anything, but it is a lot of inf. for me.
  17. I was transferring inf from 3 characters to one so I could respec his build.
    The total amount however went over 2 Billion ('cause I suck at math), and now I lost all the inf from the 3rd transfer.

    Is there any way I could get that back or am I hosed? How would I contact support for that?
  18. </Not so serious rant on>
    Hospital doors, elevator doors, mission doors.
    These things drive me nuts.
    I don't need to see myself walk through a door, I know it happened.
    It takes like one-hundred-and-eleventy-one minutes for the animation to play, and I want to go kill the guys who made me faceplant!
    </Not so serious rant off>

    Thanks.

    That is most likely the problem then, since they no longer officially support the old version of the launcher. I remember reading somewhere (going to have to try and find it) that eventually you would *have* to use the new launcher as the old one would no longer work.

    Today might be someday.
  20. You can add Guardian to the list as well.
    Lamda's run fine, but every BAF I've been on since the patch (at least 6 now), has been a sloooow crawl of pain.
  21. I'll be taking advantage of the server transfers, I've got a couple 50s over on Justice who need to meet my Guardian friends.
  22. My only complaint about the Ice epic is the shield. It offers plenty of S/L defense, but I just don't like the way it looks.
  23. Kinrad

    rad/dark = FUN!

    Shadow Fall + Super Speed = Invisibility, no need for the celerity proc.
    The build below has the following properties:

    * Softcap to S/L
    * Permahasten
    * Manageable endurance
    * No Purple Sets (and therefore cheaper)
    * No selected Alpha Incarnate slot (so you could easily move slots out of Hasten with spiritual, or have ZERO endurance problems with cardiac).

    Not that your build is bad, I just present an alternative to play with.
