He did mention that his favourite stat was that only 6 praetorian made characters had gone from level 1 to 50 without ever leaving Praetoria, so maybe thats it.

The assumption was that they were most likely level pacted.
Here's a question related to data mining and getting those numbers out to us:
Does anyone actually use the information kiosks blueside?
If not, can we get them to display just static CoH data like reported this anniversary, maybe updated once every 6 months or so? Including the number of characters made, etc etc.
I think I'd be more interested in glancing at that than their original intent.
Heck, do those things even work still?

Sadly they stopped working a few years ago due to people being targetted via them [from what i heard anyway].
I did use them because i used to love seeing my ill/rad in the top 10 healers list and also gave me a bit of a target for certain things [kind of a mini game for myself].
I do wish they bring them back though.

The info kiosks were also being used by the gold spammers for player names.
I fully agree, though, that it'd be great if now they could use them for stuff like:
PPD ALERT: Reports of [GM] in [zone]
PCFD ALERT: Fire in Steel Canyon
CITY ALERT: [zone] experiencing [zone event]
VANGUARD ALERT: Rikti attacking [zone]
This way, folks who log in and miss the event notice can see what's up.

The best part of leveling to me is getting new powers. Being exemped down for 30levels and not getting to actually USE my new shinies would be absolutely unbearable to me.

I wonder if any of those six have been able to unlock all five Incarnate Slots? It would technically be possible with the LFG option. You would have to purchase all your enhancements through the market (or make them through the market.)

What about that guy who said in a thread about Super Sidekicking a while back that he was going to try to level to 50 via Sewer teams only? How did that go?

As for enhancements and what-not, you could always email them to yourself from a Primal character who's been running content.

At the PAX Meet-n-Greet, my friend Garent, who has a Praetorian in the high 20s who never left, asked Positron whether or not it was possible for his Praetorian to hit 50 and join trials and so forth from the D without leaving Praetoria. Positron thought really hard and said "I think so, yeah".
Cut to a later in a Beta, where the copied version of the Praetorian character was autoleveled to 50 by Arbiter Wolf and then proceeded to run trials and get Incarnate powers.
So yeah, it works.
