To be fair, though, I think you would have to be considered as a very experienced and knowledgeable player. It's like when someone posted (I think it was SnowGlobe) that GIVEN THE RESOURCES AVAILABLE (my emphasis), any AT and powerset can solo him.

I would agree, but I also recognize that not everyone is aware of all the resources available. Certainly everyone knows about inspirations, but I've run into high level players who had seen Shivans but did not know how to get them and thought it must be really hard.

So, yes, given the resources available and given a skilled player, any AT can solo him. But not every player is knowledgeable and skilled. I can entirely understand how some players might not be able to solo him even if they're not AE babies.

Having said that, I DO NOT think he should be made weaker. The easiest solution is to get assistance. Someone posted on a global channel last night that their bubbler needed help. I got a blaster to help. So did two other people. As you can imagine, three bubbled blasters made short work of every enemy in the arc.

As for your problem, have you recently installed anything? I don't think the free drive space is actually critical yet, but you're getting close. Also, you've got a boatload of mod files. Have you tried temporarily removing those?

This comparison doesn't really work well, because the sound quality of MP3's usually sucks. Even properly recorded MP3's are generally inferior in quality. This is compounded by the poor digital-to-analog circuitry in computers and portable players.

All true for the things Smash listed. A few things are stored locally on your computer, though. Your 'player note' file is local. Any costume files you save are also local. Unpublished AE arcs are local.

Absolutely false. I soloed him multiple times and never pulled him into the corridor (or knocked him into the lava). His regen is no better than it was originally - you just can't negate it. Any high-damage toon can simply beat him down.

I'm not saying that everyone can solo him. But to say that no one can solo him is total BS.

You could be talking about emails from the stone age and it wouldn't matter. I have no clue where you got this peculiar idea that emails in your mailbox can get you banned, but it's utter fantasy.

Ya know.... I did this mission TODAY and my teammate knocked him into the lava. The patch didn't change that. The patch made it so that you can't negate his regeneration by pulling him into the corridor.

Neither. It's a bug. By 'bug', I mean it is POSSIBLE to get more than 3 if you do certain things in a certain order. (Being vague because I don't recall the exact details.) I would expect it to be fixed so that either:
1) No one can have more than 3.
2) Everyone can get all 6.

I've heard this also, and from knowledgeable players. Supposedly, Hamidon's aggro range is reduced while the pylons are up. However, I have not actually checked, nor do I know of anyone who has. It may be an urban legend.

From my anecdotal experience of doing it both ways, it does seem to be true. But I'm not sure enough to state it as fact.

Since the old one is going into 'reserve status', and it sounds like you have additional computers, do you really need another monitor? If that "with LED" means 'LED backlight' that sounds like a recent model monitor. Ditching that and putting the $$ toward the video card might be the way to go. Also, limiting the size of the monitor means less work for the video card.

6GB is plenty of RAM but I'm wondering, why 6? If it's dual channel, I would have expected 4 or 8 GB.

Regarding the CPU, you might want to check if dropping to 4 cores would save you any money. Six sounds like a lot more than you need, based on your description of your computing activities.
