Hami mission in Lady Grey TF

For the Hami mission, is it better to deal with the mitos first before taking down the pylons? There is a guide that suggests that there are advantages to leave the pylons there till all the mitos are dealt with. However, I've been on teams that get rid of all the Riktis and pylons first before going after the mitos, and it seems ok as well.

Either way works that guide is old and quite humorous.
If you add up their minimum times per mission you get 1:10 minutes minimum to complete the TF... I've done 18(?) minute TFs.

Honestly I don't think there is any benefit to one or the other but I don't know for sure.
It is common to aggro the rikti and make them fight Mitos though. this saves time killing both. Not necessary though.

I like to draw the Rikti into the goo, mainly because it's hilarious. But if you think your team may have problems, it's also a good way to clear mitos. The Rikti can usually clear out a few on their own, they give you some cover, and the mitos don't seem to heal their damage.

But the Rikti might also have purples and incarnate shards on them, so it's best to just take them out yourselves.

I've heard this also, and from knowledgeable players. Supposedly, Hamidon's aggro range is reduced while the pylons are up. However, I have not actually checked, nor do I know of anyone who has. It may be an urban legend.

From my anecdotal experience of doing it both ways, it does seem to be true. But I'm not sure enough to state it as fact.

Pylons do nothing. As long as you don't get between the greens and ol' Hami, you won't catch aggro, barring someone mistargeting after a mito drops and pumping a round into Hami.
