the kismet is in the category of a 120 sec buff IO, and those were recently changed to that if its in a toggle the toggle must be running for you to get the benefit, and as soon as the toggle shuts off, you lose the buff it provides
Yeah. Prior to that fix, it would last 120 seconds after you turned off a toggle. Either way, it's 120 seconds after a click power (like the Traps power Force Field Generator; Kismet is 2 minutes from activation, not while the generator is out).
Bummer, thought it was like the LotG 7.5%.

Hi folks, while fooling around and looking at my combat attributes I noticed that the kismet 6% acc. (to hit) doesn't work unless the toggle it's in is turned on, is this WAI?
