Usually legit e-mails are SG related. However, I've also used it to send copies of rotating keybinds to friends. Never thought of using it to remind myself of "tasks".... clever, that.

Of course, I'd love to see the devs come up with some real water effects for us, but I'm not holding my breath... so we'll see what we can manage..

Some folks use the slow field defense item.
It has to be "floated" a little above the floor in order for the effect to show up. I believe it covers one square section (or is it 1/4 of a section?...)

Another "water" related question.... what is the item that folks have been using for the "waterfall" look?

If I slot speed boost with the Energy Manipulator set, including the "chance to stun" enhancie, will I end up stunning my teammates? (please say no).

This has been posted in the Bug forum.

It not only happens with recipes, but with crafted enhancies as well.

For most folks it seems to be connected to having the WW window open, though I've heard some are having issues with enhancies in trays as well.

I did see a discussion about it on the beta forums, and they said it was supposedly fixed. Nevertheless, it seems to have snuck into the live release.

Be sure to /bug it when it happens to you in game.

It is not just recipes, it also affects crafted enhancements. I've only seen it in WW, though some have said it affects the ones in their tray as well.

I've had 2 crashes during AE mishes.

Arch/Kin defender
Justice
Atlas AE (different mishes)

Crashes occurred while I was buffing sb/density in the middle of combat (that's what I have to do when my team keeps running away from me, lol).

Just for the record, I nearly never experience crashes, yet have had 2 since i15 in the AE.

Also, weirdness in AE mishes. When entering the big pillar of green glow once mish has been set, popups will say "cannot enter", but then I will enter mish successfully.

Oh yes, and the detoggling upon zoning... have /bugged that yet again.

One of my SG-mates tried to purchase a recipe from the crafting table (yes, I giggled too), but it wouldn't sell to him.

He had enough inf.
He did not have a replicate in his "pocket".
When he clicked the "buy" button, it wouldn't give it to him.

When I went to check, I had no problems with it.

Any ideas on what he might be doing wrong? or has anyone else had their crafting table "act up"?

You know, if you have a hard time "grabbing" an item that might be stuck somewhere, you can go down to the "items in this room" bar and click on the items until the one you want is hightlighted - then delete it. It's tedious, but no worse than waiting for CS or GM.

Since then, there've been changes..... some controversial changes. Not necessarily the changes we were hoping for, and even with the changes that have been made, they barely made a dent in the list.

You can adjust how you see the stars in your options window (under menu)... I believe it's somewhere in the first "general" tab.

I think the choices are to see them always or on mouseover.

Sio, I don't think it would be necessary to delete the current superleader character. Setting the auto demote for the lowest timeframe, and not playing said superleader toon until it gets demoted should do the trick. Then, play only the toon one wants to be the top dog. That would ensure that it's the only toon eligible for the shiny red star.... theoretically.

Seems to me that if the OP has 5 Billion available, then he is already using the market to store his excess... or has used the market to gain his billions....

I like to use the file cabinets for large scale walling...
the backsides of bookcases make for a nice "paneled" look.
I like using desks and cabinets for my second floors.

All these things will require a little time learning the trick for floating things... Not too tough these days... take a look at the "stacking tools" thread.

Heck, if you've ever worked in an office where the basis of business was filing (title co., courthouses, etc.), even though most stuff is computerized, the actual files still have to go somewhere.... and it's a PITA to try and get everyone in said office to keep the friggin files straight. Even your basic Purchase Order type office systems are a PITA for everyone to keep straight.

I wouldn't mind an alphabetizing function on each storage unit. Then it would be easy to designate something along the lines of "Common Salvage: A-D", "Common Salvage: E-M"... and so on for Uncommon & Rare salvage, IOs, Set IOs, Inspies, etc.,.

Yes, it can still be done with the current setup, but an alphabetizing option would be a nice little QOL thang.
