I just did a granite speed build yesterday on my Stone/Stone tank, on his alternate build. I could have done it cheaper I suppose but I splurged a bit on some things like + recovery unique's and stuff. I'm at work right now but I'll post a mids build sheet when I get home tonight for you.
I was impressed with how it came out. With Granite and Rooted on, movement is about the same as even level toon with sprint on. With Rooted off.....he trucks! about like with SB on or maybe just below but he moves. Def and survival wise....I took him into a lvl 54 farm last night to check some numbers and he was good, he's not a damage machine but hold aggro very well (as long as its not like 3 or 4 spawns) and I always figured that my job as a tank is to keep the badguys pounding on me and let the damage dealers take them down.
anyway Ill put up the build tonight when I get home. -
Come on Kings row is great! its the only zone with a Bar across the street from a shooting range! Heck sometimes I go there and sit in the street watching the NPC's stagger out and gun each other down outside "OK Corral" style.
On a serious note.........after spending the weekend doing a glitch filled TF in the shard....I'd have to put the Shadow Shard as the worst zone. Yes it looks amazing, but getting around in it sucks big time. Yes they gave us the ability to but raptor packs but getting from 1 door to the next is ponderous man, ponderous. Unless you have fly 6 slotted its a giant PItA to get around. Its too bad to, its a visually stunning zone. -
I stack my walls up and get the door openings and windows in the floor below, then add my lintels over the openings. I then use the big white floor tile as a base to set the next floor on, place a crap-ton of desks for the floor, and then delete the floor tile.
By using the floor tiles as a base, you can span large areas (using multiple floor tiles stacked around) and it also helps having that little edge when placing desks with tricky cormers -

Way to go devs, are you really truly trying to drive what little remains of PvP out of the game? Is this the secret, unannounced plan to kill PvP completely and thus not have to fix base raids or CoP?

delete always worked for me. But sometimes you have to pick the item in the window and then hit delete

I think the 2 suggestions posted above that make the most sense are:
1. Remove the Auto SK
2. Make the Leader be in the lvl range of the mish.
Now having said that, I dont really think there is a problem with the AE. I honestly think a bunch of people are getting their underwear twisted over minor stuff. But....thats just me. -

Do most of your toons have the Pocket D or Oro buttons? If so, then you could prioritize beacons to zones other than those...even if you dont use the oro button

Remember, the slow field has to go in a room that can accept defensive items....unlike the room I used....a trophy room...which wont take them....grrrr

its not that hard folks, I didnt even think mine would make the cut for the last issue but somehow it did....so use some windex and break out a dusting cloth and submit your bases!

Ad Astra has it......sell off the beacons, set your teleporters where you want them, then start adding the beacons back....watch for the big yellow box that indicates which 'porter the beacons is trying to attach to.
