One could argue that this is an online sale. Just like a postorder.
If I buy something at a postorder company, I can send it back and ask for a refund. The same thing applies to Internet sales (at least in my coun try). So if you buy this set then decide you hate it, you should be able to send the package back and get your money or in this case points back.
Not sure how well the customer is protected in the States though. -
He is easily the most creepy character from the game. I hope they will use him more often.

This is a great game, but it is to easy to get trapped out of content to non content radio missions, farms and tips. And then yes, it can be very boring.
For starters, autoselect a mission (turn it red) when you accept it. This solves the autosending to detectives. Autosend is good when you enter a new map and you have nothing to do there (at least it is on red side), for blue side, no autosending to a detective if you already talked to one.
Get rid of the talk to unrelated contact, warzone and other side quests missions. And those hunts.....
That would make things a bit better. -
Need I express my feelings that I am not happy with yet another maintenance? Need I tell that once more the opportunity for me to play this game is ruined for yet another day?
Probably not, but does it make me feel better that I am disgruntled client? Just a little.
Does expressing our concerns/complaints help making NCSoft realize that they must improve on their service?

Sure, it seems to be an accepted way of playing this game. I even tried to farm a bit myself (still stuck at 40 though) but for me, it is not as much fun as playing normally.
Though, this part of the forum is normally used for Storyarcs, I don´t see a good reason why talking about creating a good AE farm is not allowed in here. Though the different playstyles will always clash a bit. -
Ooh, nice looking art so far. Gimme now I wonder if there will be 'chaps' as well.

When we were playing through this, I actually found the unpolished nature of a few of the mechanics enjoyable as it left me stumped as to what was going on for a few minutes (assuming I'm thinking of the same things you are) - that means it didn't feel like just another run-round some foes and the streets of Galaxy. Then again, I was one of the few on (admittedly small) team that didn't die... my stalker is awesome!
About Made to wear the flag! We failed to complete that one because to many people had to leave (no leadership bug though!). I finsihed it later solo and while I died a lot (grrr sappers) it was a great story. -

I also paid 800 instead of 600 points for the extra cossie slot. If only I had known.... That's the wicked evilness of sales. Just when you bought things they go on sale.
ABout the costume creater. I don't think that we were ever able to zoom in on boots and such. SO they just fixed a lot ofother things that needd fixinf (the patch notes are up btw) -
This is not a complaint about Downtime (I have done that in another thread). This is about confusing messages from our Dev's.
When you say X hours on the forum, you should also say X hours on the red admin text ingame and not Y hours. Especially when Y < X -
With my luck? I be someone without superpowers who gets kidnapped all the time. Perhaps I even arange a kidnapping in the hope that some nice hero comes to rescue me.

When the servers came down we got the red message telling us that it would take roughly 4 hours. The forums were telling us 6 hours downtime. It now (sadly) seems that the forum announcement was right.
It would make me a less unhappy bunny if the anouncements on the servers and the forums had the same information. Less confusing for everybody involved and giving proper information to those not checking out the forum. -

There are repeatable contatcs for Villains/loyalists, but no actual zone storyline that fits their views - it's pretty much a Hero/Resistance zone, which it needs to be as its level range is over halfway to the Incanrate content, so everyone neds to be moved towards that path.

Crotch, shoes or shield. It is time that they changed it. Make it automatic as if you use a tunnel or make people click on the doorway like normal. This clikcing on the officers is not similair to any of the other game mechanics.

DG/TG are always nice to read. The amount of pickuiplines are truly staggering. Great job to whoever keeps pouring more and more of those into the game.
I still got an MA arc about DG somewhere, I think. Though, when you play FW, could he be Midnight Master? Could he? -

Union, Zukunft and Vigilance appear to be down and I just failed to login to another server. Just me or does the publish appear a bit sooner then advertised? It appears to be the EU servers so far.

You should be able to make masterminds as a vip and the epics unlock at level 20.

That bug is also present at the longbow temp power (it was in the new mercy island arc).
Some good suggestions here. Hope they fix placement of those powers soon! And a dedicated part for paragon points on this forum sounds like a good idea. I sugest help section? -

Beyond that, a collection of people here don't seem to "get" what I'm talking about. Everyone keeps telling me "You're a rookie!" Yeah, all that means is my character is weak. It doesn't mean that my character is dump, EXPRESSLY when said character's super power is intelligence.

OK, I think I just realised what the Dr. Graves arc makes my character sound like - it makes me sound like Black Scorpion.
But yes, not only is the character a rookie but this arc is intended for player rookies as well. It is the extended tutorial. It is not meant to be played over and over by veterans like you and me. Especially not by cold logic superintelligent characters.
Seen in that light, it is amusing, has a nice story with a few funny twists and it contains some great and creepy villains. Villains that can inspire the new player to create something wierd and out of the box. Zephyr, Dollface and the real creepy one. All of them interesting characters.
Will I play it again? Not really, to much running around discovering how the game works. But when I played it, it gave me some smiles and some moments that I was creeped out. In that, I find this arc an excellent one.
