New Favorite NPC Villain!
Let me never fall into the vulgar mistake of dreaming that I am persecuted whenever I am contradicted.

I love him, too. I think the new arcs are great at immersing the player into the game world. Older missions are just sort of "go here, fight this"-type stuff, but the new arcs , with characters recurring and appearing in various locations throughout the game world are great. Made me feel like the world was much more real.
In another thread, the old archenemy system was mentioned. I'd love for them to have a recurring villain appear through a character's career in a similar way to how these missions are handled. Maybe one story arc featuring a recurring badguy every 5 levels or so, so that by the time you hit 50, you'll have faced your archfoe in about 10 stories. You can have your final confrontation at level 50 as a cap on your career (or before going on to Incarnate stuff-- whatever).

I think Crosscut from the Dr. Graves arc is completely insane. He is a cross between Deadpool and Freddy Kruger. Every time he speaks, I want to hide my children. Whoever wrote the dialogue for this character should get a raise.

Um, thanks?

The character is great. That he'll probably make most bluesiders puke makes him even cooler.
The best comics are still 10!

"You don't lose levels. You don't have equipment to wear out, repair, or lose, or that anyone can steal from you. About the only thing lighter than debt they could do is have an NPC walk by, point and laugh before you can go to the hospital or base." -Memphis_Bill
We will honor the past, and fight to the last, it will be a good way to die...
He's awesome...But i'm still sticking to the freaky fish guy....Mako
Tho this is how villain arc's should be written
He is easily the most creepy character from the game. I hope they will use him more often.

I haven't done any of the new stuff yet. But I know where I will start now.
For hero stories, you can't have a good story w/o a great bad guy.
You'll want to start villain side then. The hero stories don't have good villains, if you want to experience Crosscut and friends you need to play through the villain stories. Funny how that works huh?
Yeah, Crosscut was great. Best character out of the whole Dr. Graves arc.
He also reminds me a little bit of the Vahzilok, which is a good thing as I also heartily enjoy them.
