I believe I13 was meant to be bigger then I12 (or was that the other way around?), so it could be a big change. The villains bit might have something to do with patron powers.

A decent rating and filter system, there's probably going to be a lot of badly done missions (at least at first) being able to sort through it all to find the best ones would be useful.

Scrappers have their own single target taunt like gauntlet, to help them keep agro (since they mostly do single target attacks) not sure how much it can affect a tanks taunt however.

Anyone tried a AV/Hero with a thugs/poison? Leveling one up atm would like to know if they can do as well as my bots/ff.

Making a TA/Psi defender atm since I really want a TA defender and I've used up all the other secondaries so I was wondering how well the two sets work together.
I'm thinking the -res from acid arrow will go well with Psychic Scream.
Also is there any chance oil slick can be set on fire by psi damage? -

I've been having fun with my nin/nin stalker, only level 12 so far but it works fine. -
No idea yet, don't know what the full list of swords will be 100% or about any new costume options, also not sure what to pick for a secondary, thankfully I've only made one scrapper.

I have a fire/ice tank and he is great, is about the same as other tanks until you get SOs then you need to slot burn, build up and fiery embrace for recharge reduction,if you have hasten as well you can pretty much just use ice patch and burn on everything.
Don't need to pick every power from fire aura and ice melee which makes getting power pools like stamina easy. -

My Fire/Ice/Ice tank can wipe out any mobs before you get a chance to knock them everywhereIce patch+build up+fiery embrace+burn+freezing rain=win

Just a few things
Taser in Devices is a great tool for perma stunning bosses when combined with Beanbag from the AR set, as it's no longer melee only this makes it quite versatile and hand bit of extra control.
Last time I checked Targetting Drone only provided bonus damage for Sniper Rifle, not the entire AR set.
Redrawing a weapon Does Not delay or interfere with DPS this has been confirmed by Back Alley Brawler here.

I think the bonus damage to sniper attack was never added to the game in the end, I think it was in the patch notes but not actually added to the game (haven't seen any dev confirmation on this but seen it mentioned on the US forums many times). -

Having the same experience myself atm, defiant is great but it is nice to see a more full server, only problem is I'm gonna run out of slots on union soon enough so I going to need to learn German.

Only used the HVAS myself and it was great, can take damage well and does a lot as well, also it looks really cool (wish i could get one on my MM)

You can skip the resists from energy aura, doesn't really add much and you can use the spare powers to pick up aid self (which you can use during a fight with defense)

This is imho the win of Archery, FA needs proper positioning to get full use of it, specialy with a few knockback people in the team this can be somewhat annoying.
Although my archery is only early 30s, my AR is mid 40's, its very circumstantional wich one performs better. Yet, i went for the munition pool, LRM missile makes damage output alot higher.

mobs can run out off a location AoE power (or get knocked out) once full auto starts it doesn't matter what the mobs do they'll get all of the DoT. I can easily get a full spawn of mobs with full auto and using it mid fight has no more problems then using RoA mid fight. -

Only exception is Ignite, wich u can easy stack 2 times if a mob is held/immobilized, not to mention this with icepatch. For the rest, archery wins. Full Auto is just a too long animation compared to RoA, although FA can combine with flame trower (nrg boost range).

Not sure if this is true for RoA (don't think it does) but full auto has a chance to do critical damage which is a nice bonus and makes up for the long animation (which looks better then RoA). If have an immob power and slot its duration ignite becomes a lot easier to spam and use on bosses. -
Assault is much better imo, more fun and reliable. If things ever get to tough with a Ar/Dev blaster you can just spam web grenade and ignite which takes out anything pretty quick.
Personally I feel assault rifle has more fun animations as well and archery gets to repetitive.
