Not sure why CoV's respec guy is somewhere dangerous and CoH gets one in galaxy city.

More to the point, I've never really played villain just didn't really like it, but i went on my level 15 MM today and i asked 7, yes 7 level 50's where i could go and respec, none of them told me, I made 100% sure they where not in groups so i would not be bothering them, I'm not sure if you took it to real but i thought that was just a bit wrong in my eyes.
Also to answer my question, where can i respec in COV.

To use a respec at level 15, you just type /respec, since there's no way you could possibly have an earned respec you need to use.
To use an earned respec when you eventually get one, then there's an arbiter in Nerva Archipelago near the trainer that you need to talk to.
To start a respec trial, they're all in Nerva, and you're looking for a demon surrounded by Mu guardians. There are 3 of them, called Sparcetriel, Trepsarciel and Ractespriel. Look them up on cov.redtomax.com if you want locations, or alternately, just explore 
Oh, and you get another respec when you complete your first patron arc.

Thanks for the replies at least i know where to go and spec my MM now!
Yeah just type /respec to use the free respec.
Also usually its better to use the help channel instead of sending tells to random level 50's.

jeez sounds like a rather rude bunch ya ran into there i normaly answer any noobish questions i get as they where once told to my own little nubby self gives me a certain feeling of finaly have like 1/10th of a clue
but meh jokes a side i actualy enjoy having low lvl ppl asking me stuff specially when its a totally new player just feels good leading them on their way have explained countless times about do's, so's, ho's, io's, and yet it never seems to get old helping the odd new guy out its really what i was missing when i was playing wow before i quit more common decency less jerks
