I always thought that GMs do have a level but anyone higher than their level (which is hidden, look at their info to see it) gets their damage taken and recieved 'exemped' down. As far as I know, lower levels don't get the damage 'sidekicked' up.

Sings used to have huge damage resistance, but it was reduced in I5, although it's still pretty high. It can easily tank Psi Babbage's Wail. I wouldn't recommend giving it Increase Density as it doesn't really need the extra resistance and as it is already quite slow it would slow it down even more (although you could always Speed Boost it).
Can you heal Sings yet? I never get the chance as it's never usually next to mobs as they get repelled. -

Possibly, but you'd probably have to slot end reducers in your attacks. I have Stamina and I wouldn't want to lose it (especially with toggles such as Focussed Accuracy which uses a LOT of end). If you also bear in mind that the other powers in the Fitness pool can be useful for a Scrapper (Swift is excellent for moving around quickly, Health adds a nice boost to your regen when slotted), I think it's a very good pool to take.

If you're concerned about knockback, Gravity's holds stop held mobs being knocked back.

One thing about the regen side of things, you would probably get more advantage putting the 2 extra slots in Fast Healing into either Reconstruction or Dull Pain (I'd go for Reconstruction).

I don't think it's worth taking Acrobatics for a regen, it only gives resistance to one hold (so that makes it mag 3 I think) and if you're taking that many holds you'll probably die anyway. There are much better powers you can get. -

IH is situational. I use it once in a blue moon, but then I don't feel the slightest need to run missions on Invincible. I did a Carnie mission last night on Invincible with a 6-man team. Got killed because I was so used to not bothering looking at my HP I missed getting smashed when 4 groups aggro'd at once. If you actually need IH for every fight then you are, quite frankly, not any good. hence, it doesn't need very rapid recharge rates.

I could just as easily say you're not very good because you don't run missions on Invincible. I doubt that statement is true, and nor is yours. -

You only need one damage resistance in MoG for it to cap - infact it very nearly caps with Resiliance.

Looks pretty solid, the only thing I'll say is you only need 1 damres in MoG and I'd strongly recommend putting some defbuffs in it, otherwise it will be pretty weak. I've got it slotted with 3xdefbuff, 1xdamres and 2xrecharge.

I strongly recommend 2xrecharge in Strike, Focus and Eviscerate - otherwise you may have trouble forming a complete attack chain when Hasten isn't up.

Claws is easy. Get close, Focus, they fall down and you can kill them before they get back up again.

And I'd recommend you look at your MoG slotting - one damres caps your resistance so the other two are useless. I have 3 def, 1 damres and 2 recharge in mine.

No no NO! This is said so often but is so untrue! When you get access to the epics in the 40s, half of the enemies you fight are resistant to psi damage - carnies (with psi def too), pretty much all the Praetorians and not to mention all types of robots. -

I don't think there's much point getting CoD for the immob resistance, you want acrobatics for knockback resistance and to get that you need Combat Jumping, which I think gives a higher mag resistance anyway.
