    Why no /sonic?

    I would luuuuuuurrrvvvvv to get Sonic for my MMs. Radiation too, as long as I am dreaming.

  6. I like that it's consensual. Other than that there is nothing to like about the current implementation of zone PvP. Arena PvP is more fun because you can turn off some of the garbage that i13 introduced.

  9. Pretty sure the runspeed penalties are unresistable, so they can be counteracted by +runspeed but not resisted by slow resist.
  10. Hello, I was just engaging in a discussion with another player in a global channel about claws, dual blades, and how they were or were not changed when ported to Brutes. My understanding was that claws was given higher recharge and damage to shore it up when it got the lower Brute base mods, and that DB didn't get this treatment which is why many feel it is subpar on Brutes. The person I was talking with said that this was incorrect, and that claws was tweaked because on Scrappers, it has Eviscerate with a 15% crit rate. This means that the set was balanced around that, and when it got ported to brutes it lost enough oomph that it needed some love.

    We also talked about Rad Blast, which I thought was tweaked for blasters due to tiny numbers, but the person I spoke with said that Rad blast was changed for blasters due to Defiance for some reason.

    So, why were these powers changed or not changed? I'm curious.

  16. The cost is not the problem. I've no interest in having some of my characters have large differences in utility due to lack of vet rewards, or the second account thing would be a shoo-in. I'd happily pay per slot and then maybe another five bucks a month to get access to another three pages of character slots. Hell, I would pay double my monthly fee if I got another three pages of purchaseable slots, as long as I got to keep my vet rewards.

    I've not run into the character slot problem until quite recently, and if I had seen this coming I would have started a second account at CoX release, and one for my partner as well Hindsight!

  19. Seems to me the inf cost could be doubled, given how easy it is to make inf in the game. Shard cost seems fine, maybe a tiny bit low, but whatever. Now soloers have what they wanted, so there ought to be no more complaints, right? Right?

    Apparently not. The/release_pets command is not at all the dismiss command and while the latter will fail to actually dismiss the pets, /release_pets will work every single time. Believe me, I know how good it feels to be self-righteous on the internet, but trust us, /release_pets will solve your problem, kill the pets, and actually remove them from the game. Just try it.
  23. Dunno what to tell you B_C. The globals and their overflows were abuzz last night and some had multiple S/TFs competing for members. At one point I counted five Kahn/Cudas in one channel alone. It's not clear from your post that you are in the globals listed or their overflows, so if you aren't then get on in there!
  24. I am very glad that they are doing the lower level S/TFs as well. Did people really think that the devs would rotate between the miniscule number of level 50 S/TFs?
