The security questions in Master Account messed my 7 years Loyalty program

I was raged and mad yesterday
if i will quit after april 19th, i think i will be very calm, and the reasons will be those that i wrote in my first post (wich i believe there is not much rage in it)
.... but that's not the problem i think

also the thing is that my veteran rewards date already moved 1 day, so i believe that i probably lost the "7 year Loyalty"

Have you followed the suggestion to send a PM to Avatea? The rednames can sometimes fix this kind of thing for you. Worth a try. Good luck!

I'm still waiting to hear from them myself..lucky i have till end of march i think to get it done, otherwise im gonna have to be spamming support as well..you'd think they would be prepared for this
in one of the threads about the security update, Zwillinger posted that if you did have concerns about your account not being eligible, you should PM him about it and he would do his best to fix it
The appropriate teams have been made aware of the shared concern regarding loyalty rewards and issues encountered due to the security update.
What I've had communicated to me initially has been positive, however I cannot share the finalized decision just yet. Just as soon as I can give you all an update, I'll do so .

Any idea when this..insane will get fixed Zwillinger, i know theres alot of people to go thru and steps to be taken each time, but it is kinda crazy all this.

thankyou for that......., but my issue is actual account access not missing out on the rewards scheme so i assumed it might not be him that i PM, hence my question

A bigger concern I had with the security update was that it made it sound like you had to authorize account acces on each PC you use, kinda like iTunes. With 4 PCs used to run the game on two accounts, I was worried about it, especially since the official announcement had no real details, being just basically a screenshot of the security update page.
Only after I got the security email did I see it pertains to IP address. So if you run on a laptop at different locations, be aware that you might have to re-enable access at each wireless IP.

i just received an e-mail that informed me that my account is still eligible for the loyalty program....
..so all ends well

It shouldn't be necessary to enter the account to get the booster unless you need to manually pay, correct?
I can't, but have an automatic bill.
A game is not supposed to be some kind of... place where people enjoy themselves!
since you have your account active, you don't have to fear anything

while i was not able to log to my master account (and the cause was the new security questions), my sub falled over for 24 hours
Raged and mad, i spammed the support with mails (with some very rude language in it, wich i am not proud but that's how i felt at that moment), and i have to say they moved quite fast and send me a link to reactivate my account...
... but they didn't give me any insurance that i am eligible or not for the "7 years Loyalty program"
if all this caused my account to be not eligible for the rewards, it will be unfair, i will be bitter, and probably it will be the end for COH for me .... not because of ragequit (i love this game, it's great, and it's getting better and better), but because of bad service (we are customers, and if in logical terms we are not satisfied, we are going to cover our consuming needs in other clients, simple rules of how market works)
so......can any red name please answer to me if i will get the 7 year Loyalty program rewards (support didn't gave me any answer)
