    On my DM/EA I go and Taunt the mob, then Kill Warhulk/Fake Nem while the Fire/Psis would kill minions and lieuts. (Never really fought Nemesis outside of a Battle for Television farm).

    What I would do to overhaul it:

    First, Allow double stacking as long as the crash applies through it.

    Second, Change the power to add:

    -30% Enhancement(End Reduction)

    For both the up AND downtime of the power.

    Change the crash to the following (Brute Version)

    -3.75% Defense (Unresistable) for 10 seconds
    -3.75% Defense (Resistable) for 10 seconds

    -7.5% Resistance (Unresistable) for 10 seconds
    -7.5% Resistance (Resistable) for 10 seconds

    -80% Damage for 10 seconds

    If you double stack rage during the 10s crash, you break even on damage... at the cost of TWO (-30% Enhancement(Endurance Reduction) effects.

    In all my time fighting Nemesis, I have not once seen this "invalid selection" business you're referring to. Every time I've attacked a Fake Nemesis who's put up his PFF, I get the "Unaffected!" message floating over his head.

    It Works according to mids. And You can do the same to enhance Active Defense (with a Membrane).
  5. You can still double stack them - and in the case of SD, this is VERY valuable.

    Why is the Defense Crash the same for Brutes and Tankers? Brutes have .75 Defense modifiers compared to the Tankers 1.0.

    When Unyielding from Invulnerability debuffed defense, it had -5% Defense to Tankers, and -3.75% for Brutes and Scrappers. There's precedent. Is there an actual reason or is it just an oversight?

    I believe it'll probably be the Stone Dart power used by critters - the same as thorny darts, though it might have an Activation time of 1 second.

    I'm hoping for a Mud Slap power - a ranged Cone that has you slinging mud about, doing damage and reducing ToHit (Think Fling Thorns cone style).

    Also Blue side doesn't have as much Arachnos. No Fortunatas/Bane Spiders/TARANTULA QUEENS DAMMIT. (No perception for you!)

    Deamus the Fallen:

    - Dark Melee: All Powers changed to a dark purple/red tone. If possible, change Siphon Life's animation to something that has a stabbing animation that has a green ring travel from my opponent to my chest (resulting in the heal).

    - Energy Aura: Overload's Particle effects turned into a sort of Force Shield (think like the old Sonic Shields, but a little more subdued)

    Dragos Bahtiam:

    - Fire Blast: All Blasts changed to a Blue Flame.

    - Ice Manipulation: All Attacks changed to red ice (Exceptions: Shiver, Frozen Aura).

    Altimus Onega:

    - Gravity Control: Dimension Shift's animation (assuming I take it) makes the target almost completely invisible.

    Probably others as well.

    100% agree. I have DS in my current Grav/Energy Build (don't worry, I only solo with it lol) and it is hard to tell who has been affected and who hasn't.

    Swap DS and WH and 90% of Grav's current problems (namely weak early game) are fixed.

    For the record, I disagree 100%. Wormhole is a late game power, Grav needs something better for the early game.

    Move GDF to tier 6, and Wormhole to tier 7. Also add a Disorient to Propel.

    Going lower doesn't seem especially useful these days. There was a while where 10-15 was a really good bet, mostly because of the price of Basilisk's Gaze. After a while that dropped and the value there faded. I haven't checked that for a while, though.

    One nice thing about Rolling in the 10-14 range is that the only recipe that will drop at 50 is the Zephyr KB protection one - all the others will cap at 30, and the I13 recipes help inflate the pool a bit.

    There's a Negative Damage Proc one, and the two Res/Def aura enhancements DO stack with one another.

    Ditto here, though I dumped a LOT more than 200M. More like 700M, and I'm still not done with the build.

  21. My DM/EA's last recorded level (which was more than a year ago, admittedly) had him at 1.47%/second, or 29.67 HP/Second. The Final Build will be 34.6 HP/Second.

    Yes, quite useless. I have looked other powers that take endurance mods and the perf shifter proc in them would be a mistake.

    People just need to accept that the proc is for QR/Stamina and Kheld Transform powers.

    A possible 4th idea would be for electric armor and invulnerability's Tier 9 power (Gremlin form and Unstoppable respectively) that the proc could be in them since when in those modes your recovery is boosted, but it would only work when the power is clicked, and the instant the power crashes the proc would shut off. Such a power would not be an optimum usage of the proc.

    FWIW, DM/SR Scrappers/Brutes have placed all 6 enhancements into Dark Consumption for the Set bonus. But from the standpoint of the proc in a vacuum, I would only place it in Stamina/QR/Kheld Transformation powers - unless Transfusion will pass it to the pet, allowing you to get endurance from it every 8 seconds.

    I remember when it came out that all it gave was Confuse resistance and Perception (as per the Patron Plaque). No Accuracy/ToHit. Might be an accidental addition.

    Devouring Swarms can overwhelm you if you're a Flier - they can ground you into another mob, and getting hit with 20 odd autohit -Spd/-Rch attacks can add up (make sure you know how many are in the mob - they have no collision).
