Considering the proc rate is identical for live and Beta, I wouldn't hold my breath.

That's because the large rocket detaches once it's in orbit. Just like a regular satellite.

Mostly there for end reduction/recharge and for the +2.25% HP.

*please no more day job badges devs!*
I wouldn't mind an accolade for DUST/MoM Hospital and Survivor's Compound/First Ward, however.

Speaking of which - I wouldn't mind the Money Sachel backpack that the villains in Safeguards are wearing - including the money aura.

Uh, this is old school where you just have to beat their captors, NOT lead them out, right?

    Right?

    Proc vs Dam I/O

My Widow slotted brawl with a hecatomb proc until my next respec (her attack chain is really disjointed, so I fire off brawl in between attacks) - it's not worth it except if you're a dominator who plans on using brawl to build domination.

Beyond that point, you can pull Holtz and the Honoree (who won't aggro unless attacked or approached) one by one and dealt with separately. You can then leave the mission with the other portals still running, or try to attack the 50+ aliens who've amassed around them. "/target_custom_next portal" helps a lot then.
If you have a confuse, confusing a portal will confuse all Rikti it spawned - The Honoree cannot be confused, but Holtz can (and should).

Hibernate will detoggle with the crash, and Shadow Meld is hardly a panacea for survival.

If you slot Unstoppable to cap your resists with no toggles going it should make the crash much more survivable, especially on a tank (10% health + 90% resists is still reasonably sturdy).
...You do realise 3 minutes later you'll get another crash, right? And that Burnout can only be up every 6 minutes, making it impossible to chain them together? So really, while one is more survivable, the second is the same as always.

Not a bug - It was done to prevent players from activating 20+ Enrages and entering the mission at the damage cap (See CEBR for more details on why this was considered OverPowered).

It'll make 6 SOs do the work of 7.5..
They only work in IOs so it would be a common IO build (or frankenslotted). I used 5 Paragon Reward Tokens when Freedom went live and I've still got 60 or so - I mostly use them in Stamina/Health/Hasten (where I slot two common level 50 IOs) to get an extra 8% enhancement in each power.
  14. I really hope the devs remember to put an Astral and Empyrean vendor in DA so we don't have to break crossfaction teams.

If you have momentum, there is no redraw animation - the weapon materializes in your hand and immediately animates the power. At least that's the case on Beta, and it might not work that way come December 6th.

You realise he's only slightly nicer to Natural origin characters - He still only says like 3 lines of text, - Right?

I actually find myself enjoying Lambda a bit more - mostly because I'm playing characters who are better at surviving on their own now.

IMO It drops off a cliff once the talons get introduced (6th arc from Cerulean) - overall I'd give it a 7.5/10, it WAS a 9 going into Cerulean's arc, but it just became annoying how the remainder was talons constantly.

I wouldn't be aiming for having all T4 Destiny's but I can definitely see making a few extra T3s (especially Clarion for UGT and Incandescence for a few special cases).
My Blaster made a common Incandescence for Mission TP purposes in Sara Moore and Faathim the Kind, to go with his T4Radial Clarion and Rebirth (he's going to work on Barrier as well).
  20. My Belief is that the Leaders of the Resistance have been revealed, but only one person will truly be able to lead Praetoria after Tyrant falls - Provost- No, President Marchand.

Don't forget Metronome (Clockwork King) - He's now on our side (or rather, Penny's) in this.
  22. Desdemona is not the leader of the resistance. Vanessa Devore is - Desdemona is simply her host (and a much more powerful host at that).

Course, I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
  23. Note that the above list is the ABSOLUTE minimum you cannot get without crossing over - Most of the badge granting missions require the use of ouroboros (since most will not advertise on badge channels anymore), which WILL require crossing over as well.

Also worth noting that Multidimensional credit is given by Technician Naylor's one-off mission - but you only get the badge when crossing over to hero.

So they left it alone until Castle had the time to rebalance the whole set as part of the general Dominator makeover.

Most of the set was in fact buffed, and is far more playable pre-PSW than it was. I notice that DarkCurrent didn't mention Telekinetic Thrust as a melee attack; that was buffed from being a minimal damage knockback attack into a strong melee attack. It also adds some smashing damage; useful against all those psi-resistant bots you'll run into.
On my Grav/Psi the changes to Psychic Scream and PSW make it useless - because I used those powers for mitigation, not damage (they now take significantly longer, and cost more, to use; PSW can't hit as many targets as before because of the smaller AoE)

My Grav/Psi is 50 - I don't find him fun, so I stripped everything of value and relegated him to marketeering.
