At the end of the hero SSA arc, Manticore does accuse "Jean" of bring us to the brink of anihilation, I took that as a reference to the missile launch. I (probably badly) assumed the missile was dealt with off camera between acts two and three of that SSA.

Missiles are launched out of Warburg regularly. If they explain this one, I'd like them to explain all the others, too.

Nice. Never knew that. The temp power nuke seems so much smaller than the massive missile we launch.

So, in the second mission on the heroside of the arc, you disable the Warburg missile system, correct?
Then in the third mission when you're getting ready to fight Marshal Blitz outside, you see a nuclear missile launch.
Now in the second mission of the villainside arc, you apparently are rearming the nuclear weapons systems of warburg AFTER the heroes already disarmed it the first time, and it apparently stays operational after you leave since the contact boasts about Warburg being fully armed.
The third mission then actually lets to launch the missile after beating the shining stars (or what pathetically remains of them).
At the end of both arcs, the launched missile isn't really mentioned in the debriefing, cutscene captions, or by anyone else.
So where did that missile go? Did it hit? Did it get taken down by some other hero? Was it actually commented on and I missed it? Is this a Brick joke? Because if it is, it's a very bad one since launching a nuclear weapon at Paragon (or somewhere else in the world) is something that REALLY needs to be looked at right away in the story telling medium of a game like this because otherwise it's also a a bad cliffhanger)
