It's gotten to the point where...
Pfft... you're a villain. Grow something.

Shut up I'm just misunderstood
/wrist /cry ?
(I mean that in all jokingness. Couldn't resist since you did the misunderstood bit)
Though it is interesting that he gripes about that.
Characters with appropriate powersets should have the option of plowing Brass through a wall to remind him that some power gaps cannot be overcome by any amount of training or utility-belt gadgets.
Batman could bridge those gaps.
Marshal Brass might be Batman.
Marshal Brass is a whinny chit of a man with issues about not being super enough to join the real ranks of villainy.
Muah ah! Muah ah ah ha ah! Mwaaaawhahahahwhahhhhahaaaa!!!!

Batman doesn't stand around and whine about how people with powers don't understand what it's like to be "normal". Batman goes out and beats them up.
Brass doesn't do that. He's not even an arbiter. If he was found stuffed into the fridge in an arachnos base, they'd only be upset because it meant someone stole all the beer that was in there before him. No one cares about Marshal Brass.

Seriously, though, I wish NPC Contacts could react differently depending on your power level. Some of them should cower before my All T4s Incarnate instead of daring to threaten or belittle her.
Is it possible Hank Venture grew up to be Marshall Brass aka Batman wannabe?

I have a number of villains who, were I given the choice, simply would not stand for some of the treatment they are given by the contacts in City of Villains. Willy Wheeler, Marshal Brass and Hardcase, I'm looking at you. If my villains could, all that is left of you would be the greasestain in the place where you used to be, maybe not even that much.
New story arcs coming soon (ARC IDs will be aded when I finish the arc):
So, you want to join the Hellions? (level 1-14 Villainous arc)
Sparks & Steel (level 5-20 Heroic arc)
and
So you want to join the Skulls? (level 1-14 Villainous arc)
if Marshall Brass is as strong as he is in SSA he would kick you ***
Always has all the gizmos he needs and then some for whatever task presents itself, no matter how implausible it is that his loadout would match the current scenario. Always has a Xanatos Gambit set up to hose whatever his opponent has planned. Always has the strength of will/sheer toughness to keep getting back up when getting hammered by offense that would kill most powered members of the Justice League.
I could go on, but the fact is Bats is not a valid reference point for anything because the authors simply refuse to let him get beat no matter how outclassed he is.
You villain players sure are a sensitive lot, running to the forums to cry if anyone ever forgets to use their pleases and thank yous with your special little flower.

i make stuff...
...I can't even bring myself to make Villains that aren't natural origin because if I do then Marshal Brass is going to yell at me.
Please change his dialogue to protect my fragile emotions.
