So I think I've figured out Cognative Core Path

But I'll need help to figure it out: I think the strength of Cognative Core Path is that it's weak for anyone who deals their own damage.

but if you're say a mastermind, illusion controller, or anyone with a metric tonne of pets, you end up with mobs of confused enemies.

Does this seem right?

In case you haven't been up to date with the beta testing - Cognitive's magnitude, chance for proccing, and confuse length are all getting doubled. I am hoping it hits this next Tuesday along with Titan Weapons.

...oh and the damage portion is going from 7~ to 10~.

Sweet. I was aware of the duration increase and the mag increase, but didn't think they were quite so much, nor did I know at all about the chance being increased.

Though it still feels like my thugs MM will definitely benefit greatly from it by, well, turning entire mobs into mobs of pets.

Considering the proc rate is identical for live and Beta, I wouldn't hold my breath.

Deamus the Fallen - 50 DM/EA Brute - Lib
Dragos Bahtiam - 50 Fire/Ice Blaster - Lib
/facepalm - Apply Directly to the Forehead!
Formally Dragos_Bahtiam - Abbreviate to DSL - Warning, may contain sarcasm

They doubled the proc rate, but the text in the incarnate window wasn't updated the last time I tested. Unless the doubled rate is bugged...

Wrong. There is a text bug on beta though.

Well I'm not sure about Illusion but for MMs taking any of the Radial DoTs is a really, really solid choice. Since pets can apply the interface procs having all six pets out allows you to rapidly build up proc stacks on multiple enemies.
