    Meaning: working as intended.

Yes, they're giving away cards that will run this game poorly, with bugs, unless specific settings are utilized/disabled and even then will perform poorly.
At least the stuff beside the card is pretty decent, though I question the point of a $40 mouse pad.
  2. Heh, everything costs more than the video card aside from the mouse pad (which is roughly the same price as the video card).
  3. Ice Melee.

Martial Arts on the condition that a set wide, alternate animation style based on Geese Howard's fighting style be made available.
  4. Capes at Level 1 and Auras at Level 20!
  5. I remember when PCGamer had enough content to fill a quarter of a phone book (sometime in the early-mid 90s, about the time the second Darksun CRPG came out I believe). It started to decline sharply around a decade or so ago (like the PC game industry).
  6. The destruction of the Freedom Phalanx and the disbanding of Longbow alongside the rise of the real heroes of Paragon City (aka the players and the PPD).

*smoldering with hate at the hero-side NPCs*
  7. Expand Epic/Patron Pools further and open them up at 32 or so.
  8. With color and animation customization my new Brute looks like he's Radiation Melee/Radiation Armor instead of Silly Strength/Not-Electric Armor.

A badge that takes a long time to earn doesn't have to be repetitive. An "epic" badge should require multiple events. Not one event that just takes a ridiculously long time. For instance, compare:

    Epic Badge 1:
    Kill 500 Council
    Kill 500 Lost or Rikti
    Kill 500 Freakshow
    Kill 100 bosses (any type)
    Kill 10 arch-villains (any type)
    Complete 100 missions

    Epic Badge 2:
    Kill 10,000 bosses (any type)

The first one has variety and allows you to do different things. You could even work on one requirement while doing others (fight freakshows, bosses, and do missions at the same time). The second one would get tiring and is just tons and tons of the exact same thing. There's no variety and eventually people would just resort to farming something in a specific place. It's really just bad design.
Ack, that first one needs to be split up even more. Even requiring 100 defeats of a single enemy type is pushing it in my book.

  12. It was Lancek at first (don't know why my brother chose it). Changed it to Cynical_Gamer because of the massive decline I've seen in the gaming industry and its consumers over the past decade or so.

Nah, I kept flitting around different builds with my PB. The problem was that the Human form was doing jack **** when I focused on one of the forms and Human-only felt incredibly weak (not to mention the headache inducing status effects). Contrasting this is my Dwarf Warshade who feels like a Scranker and is helped tremendously by 1 slotted Human form powers. The difference in performance is insane. It's also been far easier to level up as a Warshade.
  14. I'm at 25 with a Warshade that's focusing on Dwarf form with Human form as a buff mule. Doing pretty damn well. Not at all like the the poor ******* that was my PB (RIP Phantom Edge, your struggle is at an end).

IMHO the crab backpack is awesome-sauce. It's the reason I made one! I understand not everyone likes the backpack, different strokes and all that, but that's why we have Bane-lites for the people who won't shut the **** up about "Huntsmans".
    Fixed.
    Re-fixed.

    Barf

We obviously need a long range cone barf attack like so.

  17. I think you mistook Peacebringers for the entire Kheldian AT.
  18. Moral Relativism is the path to human irrelevance and destruction.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who dislikes them. I'd gladly see them and Longbow destroyed while our heroes and the PPD take up the slack.

    Zero-G packs

I'd prefer it immensely over the current Molasses Pack.
