Positinal & Typed vs Psi!

After talking to Castle, I was informed Those in Mental Control Control do not have Positional Typed Affects added to the attacks they preform.

Thus Positional Defense of Melee/Ranged/AOE can for most part be soft capped to them, while Psi defense itself is required for Mental stuff.


Though I sent him message back for further detailing of such things. Now more folks are informed, I learned that what some of the Non Positional Psi attacks are. Perhaps he can come here clarify more.

We've actually know this for a long time. Luckily, most of the psi attacks DO have a positional component even though the psi controls lack one.

Example: Dominate lacks a postional component but Psionic Dart is Ranged/Psionic.

I still think Psychic attacks shouldn't have a position to them. How can you dodge a mind bullet?

You see where the guy is aiming and duck out of the way befoe he pulls the trigger.

Well, techincally, on my brute, for example, if said mind bullet has a lethal component to it, then I avoid getting hit by it by training all my melee attacks using the art of "kinetic combat" which makes me harder to hit with a lethal or smashing attack, even if I never use said melee attack.

What don't you understand about that?
