CoH timeline includes mentions of Mayor "Spanky" Rabinowitz (the most infamous mayor, in the 1920's)
Mayor Legretsky (1950's, Citizen's Crime Fighting Act, Authority Badge)
And some of the Blue-side arcs mention a generic "The Mayor..." (Contacts Janet Keller and Anton Samson)so why not capatilize on this idea and make some worth wild classic story TF's around him. This can work for both redside and blueside from different stand points. IMO

I have the same issue but I head out to work on Fridays by 9:00pm - 9:30pm EST, but I'm interested this sounds like fun, if I am on you can mark me up on my Claw/Regen or BS/Fire scrappers both are 50. (My wife can take over for me if we are still on the TF by 9:30pm)

I was just here thinking....
We have a city hall in Atlas but no Mayor?
I think having a mission where we protect the Mayor or rescue the mayor would be cool as a Task Force.
Also I think on Redside capturing the Mayor for a ransom or greater scheme would be great for an SF.
Thoughts?

The answer is simple to me...
They will combine both sides to have any AT type. That would solve the issue. Thus only ones that purchase going rogue can switch sides anyway.
I would hate this though as the CoV vs CoH loses a lot of value in peoples mind when this happens -

Redside SS/Fire is really OP if you know what your doing. Rage + Firey Embrace + FURY + Footstomp, KO, Ball of Lighting = Pawnage.
Note* I consistantly farm Devouring Earth , Freaks, nemesis at lvl 52 out of AE and in AE I can farm just as well to anything. Sooo I think /Firey is great for brutes -

No I think people should team more on redside, but people will always head to blue side because they can team. If folks did the same on redside then people would not be crying foul. -

Correct me if I am wrong (and I do not think I am) back when Dominators first got /electric assualt in beta it had power sink in the secondary. In beta this caused a huge issue since power sink was also available in the Scirocco Patron powers at lvl 41. Enabling a Dom to have power sink twice. To remedy this the devs pulled power sink out of electric assualt.
So now part 2: Conserve power in electric aura for scrappers and tanks. They have it in there epic powers at lvl 41 enabling them to have it twice.
Based on the expereince that took place for dominators I am sure this will be changed. (its not like they have not pulled powers before in the past)

Nice write up there DarkMaster, but I think the change will come to CP. For the obvious reason that tanks and Scrappers will not be allowed to get 2 of the same power (they get CP in there epic pool) So that power will be changed, and eventually would be for the brute version too. Thats really the only change I can bank on. Everything else would just be a nice add on.

If you PVP WP will detoggle RttC with any one application of ANY mez, In pvp most have at least 1 mez and most Regens are OP in PVP now a days, WP will need outside buffs and aid self to compete.PvP these days
However WP does better against burst damage, but an experienced Regen will do well against anything really. WP = easy mode in pve. (not the case in pvp now) -

Can I mention Pets from Redside patron pool? Aside from the Mu gaurdian in the Scirocco Dom version the rest flat out suck no matter which AT it is.

Basically this will help the market ALOT both sides since if you can solo kill maps set for 6-8 folks you will reap all teh rewards

I think that people are forgetting something...... Electric armor will most likely have a change before tanks/scraps get it.. because...
CP is in the epic powers. AND in Electric Armor. I doubt that the devs will let this be and expect CP in electric armor to be a heal click instead of conserve power since its available in the epic pools. So this pretty much tells me logically that a change is coming. I would hope brutes get a heal type power if tanks/scraps get it too. -

This might be an underlying great thingsee they have to do soemthing since scraps/tanks get CP in there epic powers so a CP change for electric armor maybe coming down the pipe (a heal perhaps
) this would prolly hit brutes too
