Gonna make everything cry. Build an AoE Build for MM killing or just go straight ST for Proc'd out good ness.
Doms worst nightmare to me is an auto clicked Fully proc'd out Blaster hitting me with Neutrino Bolt while he's held 4 times...building defuriance and debuffing my def and res at the same time. Yea I'll [censored]-ing pass thanks. I'm just gonna roll a Rad/EM and take it redside when rogue comes out.

EDIT: BR+PB+Aim+BU+CB = lolustunned and debuffed + Snipe while stunned = lawl you dead.
If not dead then something close enough to it. I can't wait.

I'm excited but apprehensive, as I fully expect Blaster Rad to get the same treatment Psi got when it was ported - they'll probably normalize the recharge and activation times on the t1 and t2 blasts and gut the damage scale of Cosmic Burst.

According to the ingame info, if Cosmic Burst was used by a level 50 Blaster in a PvP Zone--219 damage unenhanced. 70 more than Will Domination. Woo hoo 
Let's hope the Devs don't kill it.
Also, here's to hoping that Broadsword for Stalkers is comparable to Elec and EM, and that Earth Assault for Doms will be comparable to Elec Assault and Fiery Assault =o

i like the rad blast and cold control (wtb several issues ago). hehe, bs stalkers. very sneaky.
I'm lookin forward to rolling a rad/em for pvp, gutted or not I think it will be pretty good with all the procs you can get in there.
What are the typical procs chosen for Rad's attacks? I need to start buying now lol =/
Procs aplenty in Neutrino Bolt. You've got Apocalypse, Shield Breaker and Touch of Lady Grey for damage procs. Achilles' Heel is also useful, though you may want to leave some room for actual slotting.
Put the Apocalypse proc in Neutrino Bolt, put the rest of the set in Cosmic Burst.
All other attacks are pretty much optional.
Here's hoping they don't change the set too much.

Good luck with that. I've got 4 rad blast toons and a pb...and getting them for each attack was a beeeotch.
Shield Breakers, Javelin Toxic, Appocalypse Neg
Not so hard to get Lady Grey's and Achilles.
but ya fo sho l will say Rad/EM will pawn ANYTHING. PB+BR+AIM+BU+CB...GG.
Apocalypse isn't too hard to get. It's expensive, but it's there. Shield Breaker is a different matter. It took me a month to get one of them simply because supply was so low.
Ya that shield breaker is a pain to get redside. I think it may be easier to just buy it with merits.

I ran some numbers rq and came up with these #'s, i doubt they would gut it, its on par-ish with other blast sets
PvP Numberz(Approximately::
Neutrino Bolt: 98
X-Ray Eyez: 130
Irradiate: 7 (lol)
Electron Haze: 93
Proton Volley: 260
Cosmic Burst: 168
Neutron Bomb: 51
Atomic Blast: 333 (Max damage)
When Psi blast got ported over it was immediately introduced into the hero ladder, due to the ability to lead with the snipe and then drop all other dmg at the exact same time due to the delay.
So if rad blast gets the same treatment that Psi got I'll be just fine.
yea regardless how much they tone down rad blast for blasters...they can't tone down the effect procs have without having a global effect on all AT's
i have a number of rad primary AT's and i will say those proc'ed out attacks shred people.
(imagine neutrino bolt with 4 damage procs and 2 nuc's, auto cued with a 1 sec cast time and .5-.6 sec recharge firing off non stop...procing very fast along with building defiance fast)

How annoying would it be if it got the earth treatment? ie unslottedable -def, so no achiles or lady gray, or shield breaker.
