  1. I've only tested reactive so I don't know if it effects other interface procs too
  2. I have more melees than anything Including a lvl 50 scrapper which is my first character a lvl 41 DB/Fire which is a combo I had rolled up the 2nd it was available but my favorite character is easly my Bots/Traps. I dabbled with all other ats but if they take too long to come into their own like Controllers and Dominators than forget it. 2nd character ever is a lvl 48 blaster permantly parked there cause eff blasters and especially devices
  3. Eh if a "backpack" pack get's us these things tht have never been in the game for PlChs then eff it just get it done already.

Included Power: "Battle Flight" faster than hover doesn't suppress during combat, no defensive bonus, can be used with hover but the speeds won't stack
  4. ^Not quite right all of those procs work the same way so edict and sovereign will work on Lore and even mission specific ally "pets"

So you could have one of the two available +Def and one of the two available +Res procs slotted and that would be it.

I personally feel that an easy (albeit expensive) +20% Resistance and +10% Defense to everything is a bit overpowering for the balance of the pets.
when they lose out of 100% of the non-proc set bonuses? I have to disagree very strongly

I'm behind this change I think all the other pet powers(Voltaic, Seeker Drones etc) should be able to take them too
  5. Don't label them "Auto" powers, people would generally not want to hide when they go off better yet have them play a visual effect that let's you know that your being boosted up no sound or rooting animation neccesary

Think its Time for NCSoft's lawyers to step up.
Only if Statesman were to have his look converted "loosely" into Modern/Ultimate/Movie Superhero style seems weird that SP is getting a reboot but maybe necessary the crossover with Ultimates sucked

    this
  8. no one told me that was the case I think I just assumed after reading this thread I decided to just look at the wiki

    Anyone else seen that?
yes something to do with line of sight but not criting
  10. Am I correct in believing that I have a chance at getting purple drops if I use the lvl 45-50 silver reward roll option? Is there any chance of getting them in bronze rolls?

One, being able to select WHAT kinds of recipes/salvage you're being notified before deleting. Common, uncommon, rare, and purple. So that you can say, delete any common/uncommon fast, especially the commons that drop that are fairly useless since you can just buy them if you're going for the crafting table badge. And not fear accidentally deleting a good rare or purple recipe.

Second, as noted by having to delete common recipe's so often, it would be nice if we could filter out what dropped so say we don't get any common recipes or salvage, training enhancements post level 12 etc if we don't want to. "market influx" it will reduce such salvage, to the point where they become expensive enough that it's worth stopping the filter again to sell them if it comes to that, or you can have your own drop for you.

I don't see all the hate the OP requests something superior to the current setup having

Also, given some people are already complaining about how Incarnates makes the game 'too easy' (A different thread topic whether I agree or not), I don't see this going down too well.
Hmm how about if it's a small chance for an unequipped ability to proc and that unequipped ability could be anything rather than giving each ability it's own chance to proc

I don't think anything like what the op suggested would be implemented anyways but I'd like to hear your ideas on this

I think it's a if you build it they will come kind of thing I would use them more often if they would allow me to see how long until the next recharge

Hmm in terms of computer power I should have it pretty good then I have an i920 and 6GBs am I correct in believing all the work would have to be done one gfx card(ignoring SLI/CrFi)

Aren't Mirror Spirits abilities eastern magic based?

    Bots or Thugs?

Matter of which theme you prefer

I have a good one for a thugs/trap but I need "mafioso" thugs and "age of piracy" traps to make come alive so it sits at lvl 1

While my Bots/Traps is almost complete in terms of slotting and has VR on each main iAbility

The way I see it Mercs and Thugs should have access to the same looks and alternates why segregate there? Pirates,PPD and other themes should be fair game hell give those options to necro, ninjas, and demons too

I'd like to see cyborg, powersuit and power armor options for robots myself

I want an alternate animation for brawl, give it the SS effects so it's visually impressive to see. I wouldn't even mind if the alternate animation was tied to the cape mish.
  20. Alternate AS animation for NB
You take your position, fire of AS and your character "erases their presence" from all (even the player) all of a sudden a sword is through the enemy(no stabbing motion is seen by anyone) and then your toon reveals too all it was holding the sword the whole time

As far as animations go, jump kick looks stupid, and need more (different) blast animations for fire & energy (although I do like the new arm-wave one, surely someone could come up with an additional one or two). Why does 'Martial Arts' not have any sidehand strikes (karate chops, etc.) ?
    agreed

ARemember the 'Kheld Bug' where the character appearance didn't change but the dwarf and nova powers still worked? I want that as an option! (Maybe with the faint outline of the dwarf or nova around the the character).
I'd like that even more so if the Nova form was as big as siege but more "ethereal" than the lore pets
  21. I'm going to have to agree with everyone else here it's mids or bust really, it takes some time getting used to but it's worth the time investment imo. Especially since it give you a realtime look at the effects your powers and set benefits have in total on your build(except it still won't tell you how much def the Protectobots give you but that a minor issue for bot's MMs)
  22. I got a crazy idea for what hybrid could never entail but be awesome anyways

    Combining powers into 1 power

T1 A power already available to you that you skipped uneffected by buffs outside of alpha
I.E you skipped your APP snipe

T2 Core: T1 combined with a power you do have
so now you can combine your app snipe with soaring dragon taking the best aspects of both shortest activation, biggest arc, greatest target cap, greatest damage

T2 Radial:T1 combined with another power
ie. if you skipped thunderstrike and tripmine you can combine both getting the damage and effects of both at the cost of having the highest animation, endurance cost, and recharge of the two

T3 Total Radial: T2 Radial but with the lowest costs of the two

T3 Partial Radial: T2 Radial with all the costs but effected by global buffs

T3 Total Core: T2 Core but the enhncement values of the 1 power you do have carry over and its also effected by global buffs still limited to the best of both worlds

T3 Partial Core: T2 Core + 1 more ability you have available, effected by global buffs

T4 Immaculate Core: T3 partial Core + 100% enhancement to all aspects and effected by global buffs

T4 Sacrificial Radial: Now for something completely different, combine a normal non-incarnate ability you have with an incarnate ability you have
Ex. Combine Tier 3 MM pet with a Lore Lt. Pet
Benefit? Combined pet has all the powers of both including defenses, resistences and Lore power if applicable, the combined hp and is summoned at lvl 50 before incarnate shifts and does not go away until you zone. Can only be used whenever Lore Lt. and T3 summon is in play and when activated sacrifices both. The T3 won't be able to be resummoned until the combined pet is defeated or dismissed *T3 slotting carries over, and combined form is still effected by outside buffs

Way I see it their would be a Pet path, Melee/Pbaoe path, Melee/range path, and a buff/melee path as you can see the desriptions are for options for various paths and not neccessarily universal. I have no idea how it would all get coded in but I'd lonely island my pants if something like this ever came into fruition

Glad to get that out of me
