Two suggestions that I must share before I forget them again!
Well, Standard Code Rant applies, it's not something any of us can really know for sure. However, my feeling is that it's almost certainly something that is not easy to implement. Add in the fact that it's an option that only a relatively small portion of the player base would use anyway and I just don't see it being something the devs could justify working on.

-Improve "Boost Up" aka "Build Up effect" procs so that a visual graphic goes off when they go off in toggles or inherents, I often don't notice when Gaussian's goes off so I'm rarely able to take advantage of it and that's just awful, it really grinds my gears
-Give macros the same "recharging in your tray" effect that the powers attached to them have
