@Tripp Hazzard, mostly on Champion. Mostly.

Tripp, it's been bugging me for a while now. Where is that quote from?! I know it, I can hear the female voice saying it, I just can't remember what it's from!!

Aliens.
The little girl they find
"they mostly come out at night. Mostly" -
Most used ? Likely Luninary for me. Right by the Talos tram, and Talos is the 'hub' i use for most of the game.

I dont have an issue with the low level game.
Once you get to about level 4 and have 3 real attacks on a damage dealer, its golden.
To the OP directly, the levelling progression is distinctly non-linear, both in terms of how long it takes, and the effectiveness gained. The most obvious step changes being at 12 (DO), 22 (SO) and 31 (where you start getting 3 slots/level)
If its repetition of content that bothers you, there are a decent number (not as many as I would like) of LFMA arcs in the MA, which I have used both redside and blueside for some variety.
If its purely SO+Stamina, that you 'need' to have fun, there is little that can be done. -
For comparison about the strength, the empowerment slow resist is 20%. The empowerment end drain resits should logically be simialr to the winter gift at 10%
10% for an IO procs looks to be about right, consider my 7.5% suggestion pulled.
Certain PVP sets have slow resistance at 10%, but that is in the PVP zone only portion, so for a rare but powerful set (say a purple endmod) 10% for a set bonus would not be unreasonable. -
Mids planner is being 'officially' updated by Steiner of the Titan network.
-
It is a logical proliferation choice, and one I am looking forward to, as for when, no-one knows.

Hit the 'show me the top 100' link.
They are by default sorted alpahbetically IIRC. You have to click on the prestige column to get them in 'rank' order, and in the unadjusted width that column will clip.
But I'll throw in the usual advisory, that the list is purely based on prestige and not on other factors.
Many very good groups care nothing for their 'place' on that list as long as they have enough prestige to get by.
Certain, by no means all, groups that focus on the placing on the list, will out and out farm just to move up in places, they tend to treat characters purely as sources of prestige and little more.
Persoanlly I'd be more interested in a the first type of group than the second. YMMV of course. -
There is a floor of -300%, at which point you do one whole heck of a lot of damage
-
It would be an interesting addition to the set bonuses that exist for a new set.
10% is maybe a touch high, could be stacked to 50% theoretically, but the underlying idea is sound. -
It was alwasy Ms. Liberty
Miss Liberty appears 'in game' only in one story that I can recall, Mender Tessseracts Strike Force
http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Mender...t_Strike_Force
She is however available in the MA last time I looked -

^awsome, thanks for the explanation....man i hate being a n0ob...lol

You are not a n0ob, as you have shown a willingness to listen and learn
Newb maybe, but certainly not a n0ob. -
There is the age old defeat 10 Lost in Kings Row mission, that take sme back
1) North East of the tram near the four tall smoke stacks
2) by the South Wall
higher level ones are to be found
3) the Far North West of the zone
Outside of that
Perez Park: North and South
Hollows: Various locations
Skyway: land of the Lost (South of the zone)
Faultline: all over
Terra Volta: The large central trench -
The PVP sets that have 3 points of protection are all bonuses active in both PVE and PVP:
Fury of the Gladiator (3) (PBAOE)
Gladiator's Armor (3) (Damage Resist)
Gladiator's Javelin (5) (Ranged Damage) -
<QR>
Set bonuses last 10.75 seconds, reapply every 10 secs, and dont stack from the same caster.
ROA can indeed inherit some definace buffs, set bonuses and the like, but the timing does matter. If you happen to fire just after the set bonus applies, the effect will last the full duraton of ROA. Alternatively you could fire just before it expires and get nothing. -

But Marvel has the manpower to put people in a small online game to look for copyright infringements??
[/ QUOTE ]
Marvel indeed had the manpower to do so, and further had the manpower to create knockoff characters themselves (or their legal represenatives did) and include them in legal filings, which funnily enough were thrown out by the court.
Had the case not been settled, there would have been very interesting arguments made. Not least the fact that by doing the actions above Marvel (or their representatives) had granted NCsoft/Cryptic a "non-exclusive, universal, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicenseable right to exercise all rights of any kind or nature associated with such Member Content, and all ancillary and subsidiary rights thereto, in any languages and media now known or not currently known.", or whatever the exact EULA phrasing was at that time (that wording is from the Nov 2008 version).
I would have paid good money to watch the Marvel lawyers squirm and try to argue out of THAT hole that they dug themselves into. -
Pizza Hut Federal Trademark search
75 results.
Taking one example, note how its the specific design that is the trademark. the combination of a logo, and the words written in a particular way. A second one shows much the same thing.
Both of those included the disclaimer "NO CLAIM IS MADE TO THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE "PIZZA" APART FROM THE MARK AS SHOWN"
Go back to #74 and #75 on that list, which are the oldest regsitrations. They are both 'typed drawings' not claims to text.
In fact in a quick review of all those 75, "Pizza Hut" as pure text is not claimed as a trademark that I could see.
Intellectual property laws are probably some of the most misunderstood laws around. -
I Suggest Inf<censored> for Smurphy, exactly as typed.

Instead of increasing global channel size, I think accounts who have been inactive for 90 days or more should be dropped from their global channels.
SO MANY CHANNELS would open back up again.
And to make it nicey-nice, there could be an automated email with the channels they were removed from, so that the player could save it if they wanted to return later and don't think they'd remember the channel names.
[/ QUOTE ]
I disagree with and always on autoremove, when SG members return the SG global channel is the first place they chime in.
Having an option to enable it may be reasonable, but it should default to off. -
I have one from Pilcrow about making the 2 millionth post on the forums, and it was even in the original AASQ thread.

I haven't had hasten on Catwhoorg since ED hit.
Useful, yes. Essential, by no means. -

Only that upping the reward of a crappy TF won't encourage folks.

Given the very large number of Doc Q's I have seen formed since the merits were upped on that one, I would have to disagree. -
