Faultline has a bunch.. I think you can find them in Kings Row too, why?
What level do you want?
They are in Kings Row, Skyway and Perez Park for certain. I think they may also roam around in Steel Canyon and the Hollows but I haven't paid much attention.
If it is for one of the defeat X Lost, you can also try a radio mission in Kings Row, Steel Canyon and Skyway.

There is the age old defeat 10 Lost in Kings Row mission, that take sme back
1) North East of the tram near the four tall smoke stacks
2) by the South Wall
higher level ones are to be found
3) the Far North West of the zone
Outside of that
Perez Park: North and South
Hollows: Various locations
Skyway: land of the Lost (South of the zone)
Faultline: all over
Terra Volta: The large central trench

Where do you NEED to find lost?
The easiest low level place to find ALOT of Lost is in The Hollows right over the wall to the left of the entrance.

I've always had pretty good luck in the Kings Garment Works area of Kings Row, near the entrance to Independence Port. This handy dandy map shows some other areas of Kings Row that you'll be able to find them as well.

just to answer the level question, i'm currently at 14....
Just make sure that you're tabbing and reading your enemy info. You may very well have drifted right past them, and without having read the enemy information never have known. They're *all over* Kings row, so a quick trip around the edges will get you a lot of em at varying levels.

"Tabbing" is switching targets using your "Tab" key, which is set to that purpose by default.
When you target an enemy, their name and level and how much HP they have will show up in your target window, which is at the top left of your screen. You can press "T" to bring it back up if you accidentally closed it.
Another piece of information that will show up is what enemy group they belong to, under their name, like this:

Sewers is good place to find Lost
Lol whenever I'm at the convention and watching someone trying out the game, I have to resist yelling, "TAB TAB TAB! SPACE BAR! Jump! Don't forget to jump and tab!!" hehehe.
It's something that'll give your pinkie a workout, but it'll become second nature pretty quickly. Jumping and tabbing will give you a slightly bigger field of targets, but sometimes you'll have something in your enemy sights and *not be able to find them*, just look carefully around including up and down around you until you see the reticle around them.

[/ QUOTE ]Actually, the picture Nev put up is about as good a description as you can get for Lost of your level. The homeless guys in the shot are the Lost Minions, the bug guy with the TV head are the Lieutenants, and the monstrosity on the soapbox is what the bosses look like.
Minions and LTs mostly use pistols, shotguns and the like, with a few of the lieuts packing huge glowing swords. The bosses have a bunch of Psi powers, controls and blasts, so watch yourself if you don't have Break Free's or a mez protection power.
