WHERE ARE THE LOST???

I always just did circles around the Royal Refinery. That worked out well for me getting those pesky Lost.

Same here; it's also good for killing low level Vahzilok.

Wow, I didn't realize you were so fluent in n00bish. You should write a translation guide. Something like "N00bish for Newbs"
[/ QUOTE ]
lol, I was thinking about it.
Maybe title it like a college course:
N00bish as a Second Language

"N00bish for Dummies"?

...Wait, what?
The Abrams is one of the most effective war machines on the planet. - R. Lee Ermy.
Q: How do you wreck an Abrams?
A: You crash into another one.

Interestingly enough, n00bs are the people most often seen calling people n00bs.

Yeah, the paragonwiki is a good site. The forums' own guides section has some good stuff as well.
Just tossing it out, here are a couple of my favorite macros:
/macro find "targetcustomnext scrounger"
/macro info "info"
You can edit macros by right-clicking them.
i use the find macro by changing scrounger to the name of whatever i'm trying to locate, but even just a partial name works. (Looking for Archon Hippolyta? Putting in archon will target anything with archon in its name.) If more than one target in your field of view has whatever is after targetcustomnext in its name it will cycle to the next one every time you click the macro's button.
This command only works on individual target names, not faction names or anything below the first line, and the target has to be in your line of sight. (i used scrounger in the example macro because just about every sizable group of Lost has at least one with scrounger in the name.)
info makes the info window pop up for whatever you have targeted. If you have nothing targeted it shows your character's info.

You forget one thing in the n00b/newbie debate. You're just a newbie for a few days, you're a n00b for life.

I thought http://wiki.cohtitan.com/ was the url we are suppose to use now.
[/ QUOTE ]
Both urls are valid now
[/ QUOTE ]
NordBlast is right. Sorry for the confusion, but the wiki.cohtitan.com address was used because when we moved away from Wikia, we didn't have possession of the paragonwiki.com domain name and it still pulled up their site. We got it back around three months later, and since then, both URLs resolve to the exact same server and content. If you make a change in one, it's instantaneously reflected in the other. Both are "official" and valid URLs to access the site; it's completely up to you which one you want to use.
There's an announcement here from when it all happened. Don't worry, though, a bunch of people missed it (I'm not deluding myself into thinking that folks keep up with my third-party site when I barely keep up with the official forums... ), and I still see threads here once in a while asking which one is correct.
[ QUOTE ]
The one not to use is wikia, which I won't even bother linking to.

SpaceNut is right also. There is another City of Heroes wiki set up over at Wikia. For almost a year, we were affiliated with them and we worked to maintain the wiki there. We had a bit of a falling out, though, primarily over the number, size, and placement of ads, which we felt was interfering with the content. If you Google "coh wiki," that's the one that shows up first, because they engage in various search engine optimization activities and, frankly, I don't because I'd rather be working on the Titan Network.
Besides, hopefully everyone either knows or will find out by word of mouth that the Paragon Wiki is the one that is much better maintained, much more frequently updated, and that has a staff dedicated to improving the quality of the content, not maintaining a profitable bottom line. For the record, the site's resources are paid for out of my pocket. We accept donations, but we don't really push it since I don't want it to be about money, but in having the information you want and need to enjoy the game more. If someone has pull, I'll accept sainthood if offered, though.
We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.
(If you love this game as much as I do, please read that post.)

And this brings up another question.
What is it with those Pariah fellows? Who was it at Icon who decided to be a smartarse and convince them that wicker is the height of fashion?

All right, i admit it, it was me. You have to concede that it is funny. Especially since it's five years later and they're still doing it.

NOTE TO KRYPTOKNIGHT187:
Something important to remember throughout the game, especially for "Defeat 10 [enemy type]" missions!
There is a little button on your mission compass that will bring up a window with the mission briefing in it. Your contact will often give you helpful information that you might miss at first glance.
It is very likely that your contact said something like, "Check Industrial Avenue and the King Garment District"! Your map will show you where these neighborhoods are.
When I'm not sure where to look, I always check the mission briefing first thing. It usually gives me solid direction.
Hope this helps.

While this might work in a pinch, I've found such information is often not all that great. These "hints" will often send you much further than necessary and will often pit you against foes that are much higher in level than you.
I've found the map overlays at vidiotmaps.com to be very helpful. They show which factions spawn where as well as their respective levels.

Late to the party, I know, but I usually find them at the long warehouse thats SW from the Hospital- it's also one of the Clockwork Paladin's spawning points, and as a bonus, it's near the hospital... (Which can be important if you're trying to solo that first hunt at the level it's initially given to you)
