Like SpaceNut( and yourself) said the Ley Tap only holds 2 Aux items. Even though the room holds unlimited you are limited to what your primary energy item can hold.
So what you may need to do is see what energy using devices you don't absolutely need are and remove them. -
Always best not to use a name that you as a writer might want use in a story in this game.
Technically if you make the character here first it is NCSofts and not yours anymore. -

To answer the first question: there are no free transfer tokens. The free transfers were done during a set period of time. If you want to transfer now you would have to buy a transfer token.
and the second question: I have no idea. but there is an Archtype and Power set boards. If you go to the brute section they would be able to tell you.

one team to take out the adds as they come out to fight. -
I've had that done a number of times, so now base editing on falls under the Directorship heading.

I am afraid that this will be the best TF no one ever runs only because of what it is competing against. It's release coincided with the release of the bulk of the Incarnate system, which is something a lot of players have been waiting years for. Sutter is easily one of the best TFs in the game, and has been terribly under played. Hopefully once the shiny wears off the incarnate stuff, people will remember than i20 had something else in it as well.

You really only have 2 questions here so I'll answer them.

It does, you can convert the shards you earn in groups of 10's for threads to make the new stuff.
